Description
(a)白金を原料とする担持液を調製する工程;
(b)コバルト・セリウム系複合酸化物を担持した担体を、前記担持液に浸漬する工程;及び
(c)前記浸漬後の担体を焼成する工程。
1.小型固定床流通層型装置による触媒性能評価
小型固定床流通層型装置による触媒性能評価を以下のように行った。
塗装ブースにおけるシンナー吹き付け分岐排ガスを用いた触媒性能評価は以下のように行った。触媒性能評価系を図9に示す。スプレーガンを用いて塗装ブース内でシンナー吹き付けを行い、吹き付け後の気化した成分を排ガスダクトに通過させた。熱線式風量計により実測したダクトを通過する排ガスの空塔速度(線速度)は8600m/h、風量は3400m3 N/hであった。
ガスクロマトグラフ/質量分析により検出された触媒処理前のダクト分岐排ガス中のVOC成分
Claims (2)
- 以下の工程(a)~(c):
(a)白金を原料とする担持液を調製する工程;
(b)コバルト・セリウム系複合酸化物を担持した担体を、前記担持液に浸漬する工程;及び
(c)前記浸漬後の担体を焼成する工程
を含み、
前記工程(a)における前記白金として、分散剤で保護された白金コロイドの溶液の原料を用い、
前記工程(b)において、前記担体は、ステンレス鋼、鉄鋼、銅合金、アルミニウム合金及びセラミックス材の何れか1つを所望形状に成形したものであり、
前記コバルト・セリウム系複合酸化物上に白金を直接担持する
ことを特徴とするVOC処理用触媒の製造方法。 - 白金の含有量a(単位:質量%)を0<a≦1.1とすることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のVOC処理用触媒の製造方法。
