Claims (15)
- 互いに対向する第1基板及び第2基板と、
前記第1基板上に形成された画素電極と、
前記第1基板上に前記画素電極から離隔するように形成されたセンシング電極と、
前記第2基板上に形成され、外圧を受けて前記センシング電極に接触され、前記接触される面に凹凸の形成された第1スペーサと、
を含むことを特徴とする表示装置。 - 前記第2基板上に前記第1スペーサと離隔するように形成され、前記第1基板と前記第2基板との間の間隔を維持する第2スペーサをさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の表示装置。
- 前記第2基板と前記第2スペーサとの間に形成され、前記第1スペーサを覆う共通電極をさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項2に記載の表示装置。
- 前記第2基板上に形成され、前記第1スペーサを覆い、前記第2スペーサを露出する共通電極をさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項2に記載の表示装置。
- 前記第1基板と前記第2基板との間に介在される液晶層をさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項1から4のいずれかに記載の表示装置。
- 互いに対向する第1基板及び第2基板と、
前記第1基板上に形成された画素電極と、
前記第1基板上に前記画素電極から離隔するように形成されたセンシング電極と、
前記第2基板上に形成され、外圧を受けて前記センシング電極に接触され、導電性の高分子材質を有する第1スペーサと、を含み、
前記第1スペーサは、前記センシング電極と接触される面に凹凸が形成されたことを特徴とする表示装置。 - 前記導電性の高分子材質は、ポリエチレンジオキシチオフェン−ポリスチレンスルホネートを含むことを特徴とする請求項6に記載の表示装置。
- 前記第2基板上に前記第1スペーサと離隔するように形成され、前記第1基板と前記第2基板との間の間隔を維持する第2スペーサをさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項6または7に記載の表示装置。
- 前記第2基板と前記第1スペーサとの間に形成される共通電極をさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項6から8のいずれかに記載の表示装置。
- 前記第1基板と前記第2基板との間に介在される液晶層をさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項6から9のいずれかに記載の表示装置。
- 第1基板上に互いに離隔した画素電極とセンシング電極とを形成するステップと、
第2基板上に第1絶縁膜を形成するステップと、
前記第1絶縁膜をパターニングして、その上部面に凹凸の形成された第1スペーサを形成するステップと、
前記第2基板上に前記第1スペーサの上部面を覆う共通電極を形成するステップと、
前記第1基板と前記第2基板とを合着し、前記第1スペーサを前記センシング電極の上部から離隔するように配置するステップと、
を含むことを特徴とする表示装置の製造方法。 - 前記共通電極上に第2絶縁膜を形成するステップと、
前記第2絶縁膜をパターニングして、前記第1スペーサから離隔され、前記第1基板と前記第2基板との間の間隔を維持する第2スペーサを形成するステップと、
をさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項11に記載の表示装置の製造方法。 - 前記第1絶縁膜をパターニングするステップは、
前記第1スペーサから離隔され、前記第1基板と前記第2基板との間の間隔を維持する第2スペーサを形成するステップをさらに含み、
前記共通電極を形成するステップは、
前記第1スペーサ及び前記第2スペーサ上に前記第2基板の全面を覆うように導電膜を形成するステップと、
前記第2スペーサ上に形成された前記導電膜が除去されるように前記導電膜をパターニングするステップと、
を含むことを特徴とする請求項11または12に記載の表示装置の製造方法。 - 第1基板上に互いに離隔した画素電極とセンシング電極とを形成するステップと、
第2基板上に導電性高分子材質の導電膜を形成するステップと、
前記導電膜をパターニングして、第1スペーサを形成するステップと、
前記第1基板と前記第2基板とを合着し、前記第1スペーサを前記センシング電極の上部から離隔するように配置するステップと、を含み、
前記第1スペーサは、上部面に凹凸が形成されたことを特徴とする表示装置の製造方法。 - 前記第2基板上に絶縁膜を形成するステップと、
前記絶縁膜をパターニングして、前記第1スペーサから離隔され、前記第1基板と前記第2基板との間の間隔を維持する第2スペーサを形成するステップと、
をさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項14に記載の表示装置の製造方法。
