Description
以下の実施例1を本発明の実施のための最良の様態として勧奨する。
<実施例1>
押出機を用いて、低密度ポリエチレンを溶融させて、剥離可能な粘着性の硬化前フィルムを押し出した。このフィルムを一対の冷却ゴムロールの間に通過させながら、フィルムの一面にマイクロビードを埋め込んで非粘着性のマイクロビード粗面を形成した。前記マイクロビードを前記冷却ロールの上に位置するマイクロビード供給機から自由落下させることにより、二つの冷却ゴムロールのいずれか一つ上にマイクロビードを分散させた。その詳細は次のようである。
マイクロビードポリマー:低密度ポリエチレン
溶融温度:140℃
フィルムの秤量:10g/m2
適用環境:クリーンルーム
冷却ゴムロールの直径:80cm
ラインスピード:90m/分
ポリマービードの粒子サイズ:80〜500μm
マイクロビードの供給量:3g/m2
供給機ホッパーの下に配置されたマイクロビード放出孔の直径:1.5mm
マイクロビード放出孔の配列間隔:2cm
マイクロビード放出軸:回転六角棒
落下距離(G):5cm
実施例1で製造されたLCDガラス保護フィルムの特性は次のようである。
II)フィルムの非粘着特性:一般的な特性:10g/m2のフィルムから突出したマイクロビードは非粘着性の粗面を提供した。ガラス基板を積載したとき、フィルムから突出したマイクロビードの間に空気が捕まえられることにより、ガラス基板を一枚ずつ移すとき、ガラス基板の分離性が優れた。
III)一般的な特性:10g/m2のフィルムの安定な非粘着性面は真空吸着機による使用後のフィルム除去を容易にした。ガラス基板を積載するとき、フィルムから突出するマイクロビードは弾性材として機能してガラス基板のより安全な運搬に役立った。
Claims (4)
- LCDガラスの表面に剥離可能に粘着される内面と、前記内面に対して対向する非粘着性の外面と、を有するベース物質フィルムを備えたガラス保護フィルムであって、
前記外面は、
前記ベース物質フィルムが溶融状態の時に、粒子サイズ50μm〜500μmのマイクロビードが0.1g/m 2 〜7g/m 2 の密度で前記ベース物質フィルムに埋め込まれた後に硬化されて形成されたマイクロビード粗面により構成されたことを特徴とするガラス保護フィルム。 - 前記マイクロビードは、
低密度ポリエチレン、高密度ポリエチレン、ポリプロピレン、ポリメタクリレート、ポリスチレン(PS)、アクリロニトリルブタジエンスチレン(ABS)コポリマー、HIPS(高衝撃ポリスチレン);スチレンモノマーを含むコポリマー、ポリエステル、ポリエステルエラストマー、ナイロンエラストマー、ポリエステルポリマー、ナイロンポリマー及びこれらの組合せからなる群より選ばれるポリマーで製造されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のガラス保護フィルム。 - 前記ベース物質は、
低密度ポリエチレンであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のガラス保護フィルム。 - ガラス保護フィルムの製造方法であって、
ベース物質を押出機内で溶融させ、溶融ベース物質をダイを通じて硬化前フィルムに成形する段階と、
粒子サイズが50μm〜500μmのマイクロビードを互いに噛み合っている一対の冷却ロールのいずれか一方の上に自由落下させてその冷却ロール上に分散させる段階と、
前記硬化前フィルムを加圧下で二つの冷却ロールの間に通過させることで、硬化前フィルムの一面に0.1g/m 2 〜7g/m 2 の密度でマイクロビードを埋め込む段階と、
を含むことを特徴とするガラス保護フィルムの製造方法。
