Claims (6)
- 유리면에 약한 점착력으로 부착되는 폴리머 베이스물질을 녹여 필름으로 성형한 경화전 필름을 냉각 경화시키면서 필름의 일면에 점접착시킨 마이크로비드와; 상기 점접착 마이크로비드들로 조성되는 약 점착성 필름 일면의 마이크로비드조면으로 구성한 유리보호 필름.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 마이크로비드는 폴리머 입자의 크기가 1000㎛ 이하이고, 분포된 마이크로비드의 용량이 0.1~7g/㎡인 유리보호 필름.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 마이크로비드조면은 방출기에서 마이크로비드를 대기중에 연속 방출하고 분산낙차 구간에서 방출된 마이크로비드를 자유낙하시켜 냉각롤위에 연속 분포시킨 자유분포 마이크로비드로 조성한 것인 유리보호 필름.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 마이크로비드는 폴리머 마이크로비드이고, 상기 폴리머 마이크로비드는 저밀도 폴리에틸렌과; 고밀도 폴리에틸렌, 폴리프로필렌, 폴리메타아크릴레이트, 폴리스틸렌(PS), 아크릴로니트릴부타디엔스티렌 공중합체(ABS), HIPS(High Impact Polystyrene)과; 스틸렌 모노머를 함유하는 공중합물, 폴레에스터, 폴리에스터일레스토머, 나일론일레스토머, 폴레에스테르계 폴리머과; 및 나일론계 폴리머 중에서 선택된 적어도 하나의 폴리머 비드인 유리보호 필름.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 폴리머 베이스 물질이 저밀도 폴리에틸렌인 유리보호 필름.
- 압출기에서 폴리머 베이스물질을 녹이고 녹인 베이스물질을 다이스에서 경화전 필름으로 성형하는과정; 입자크가 1000㎛ 이하인 마이크로비드를 방출기에서 대기중에 연속 방출하고 분산낙차 구간에서 자유낙하시켜 냉각롤위에 마이크로비드를 자유분포로 연속하여 부여하는 과정; 두개의 냉각롤 사이에서 용융상태 필름을 냉각시키면서 냉각롤 표면에 분포된 마이크로비드들을 냉각 대상의 용융필름 위에 가압하여 필름의 일면에 마이크로비드들을 점접착 시키는 과정으로 구성하는 유리보호 필름 제조방법.
