Description
樹脂層Aの十点平均表面粗さRz(a)、樹脂層Bの十点平均表面粗さRz(r)、被着体であるプリズムシートのマット面側の十点平均表面粗さRz(m)は、(株)小坂研究所製の高精度微細形状測定器(SURFCORDER ET4000A)を用い、JIS B0601−1994に準拠し、積層フィルム、被着体の幅方向に2mm、長手方向に0.2mmの範囲について、走査方向を幅方向とし、長手方向に10μm間隔で21回の測定を実施し3次元解析を行い、評価した。なお、触針先端半径2.0μmのダイヤモンド針を使用、測定力100μN、カットオフ0.8mmで測定した。
実施例および比較例に示す積層フィルムから、ステンレス製のヘラを用いて樹脂層Aのみを削り取り、これを厚さ1mmに溶融成型したものをサンプルとした。測定はTAインスツルメント社製レオメーターAR2000exを用いて、マイナス50℃からプラス150℃の温度範囲を、昇温速度10℃/分で昇温しながら、周波数1Hz、ひずみ0.01%で動的剪断変形させながら25℃での貯蔵弾性率G’を測定した。
ミクロトーム法を用い、積層フィルムの幅方向−積層体厚さ方向に断面を有する幅5mmの超薄切片を作製し、該断面に白金コートをして観察試料とした。次に、日立製作所製電界放射走差電子顕微鏡(S−4800)を用いて、積層フィルム断面を加速電圧1.0kVで観察し、観察画像の任意の箇所から基材、樹脂層A、樹脂層Bの厚さおよび積層フィルムの総厚さを計測した。観察倍率に関し、樹脂層A、Bは10,000倍、基材および積層フィルムは1,000倍とした。さらに、同様の計測を合計20回行い、その平均値を基材、樹脂層A、Bそれぞれの厚さおよび積層フィルムの総厚さとして用いた。
日本電色工業(株)製ヘイズメーターNDH−5000を用いて、ヘイズの測定を行った。各サンプル5枚ずつ切り出して測定を実施し、N=5での平均値を比較した。
温度23℃、相対湿度50%の条件下で24時間、保管・調整した実施例及び比較例の積層フィルムの樹脂層A側と、裏面にマット面を有するプリズムシートのマット面側をロールプレス機((株)安田精機製作所製特殊圧着ローラ)を用い、貼込圧力0.35MPaで貼り付けた。なお、プリズムシートはマット面の算術平均表面粗さRa(m)が0.4μm、十点平均表面粗さRz(m)が3.0μmのもの(以下、被着体Aと記載する)、Ra(m)が0.5、Rz(m)が3.5μmのもの(以下、被着体Bと記載する)の2種類用意し、いずれも、マット部を構成する材料がアクリルのものを用いた。
上記(5)により得られた貼り合せサンプルを50℃の室内にて72時間保管後、引張試験機((株)オリエンテック“テンシロン”万能試験機)を用いて、引張速度300mm/分、剥離角度180°にて粘着力測定を実施した。1種類の積層フィルムに対して、被着体A、被着体Bそれぞれの粘着力を測定し、下記式(a)に従い被着体A、被着体Bの粘着力比を算出した。
粘着力比=被着体Aとの粘着力/被着体Bとの粘着力 ・・・ (a)
(a)式に基づいて算出した被着体A、被着体Bの粘着力比は、1に近いほど異なる凹凸形状の被着体に対して一定の粘着力を示す積層フィルムであることを示し、以下の3段階で評価した。
◎:粘着力比が0.5以上、かつ2.0未満
○:粘着力比が(i)0.3以上、かつ0.5未満、または(ii)2.0以上、かつ3.0未満
×:粘着力比が0.3未満、または3.0以上。
樹脂Aに用いるスチレン系エラストマーをデュロメーター硬度計を用い、ISO7619に従い、試料のデュロメータータイプA硬度を測定した。
各層の構成樹脂を次のように準備した。
基材を構成する組成物をMFRが8.5g/10分(230℃、21.17Nで測定)の市販のブロックポリプロピレン(Hyosung社製、J640F)を97質量%、超高分子量ポリエチレン粒子(三井化学製、“ミペロン”(登録商標)、平均粒径10μm)を3質量%添加したことを除いて、実施例1と同様にして積層フィルムを得た。
樹脂層Aを構成する組成物を、SEBS(旭化成製、“タフテック”(登録商標)S1606、MFR4g/10分(230℃、21.17Nで測定)、硬度67)を95質量%、市販のアクリルビーズ(綜研化学製、MX−300、平均粒径3μm)を5質量%とした以外は、実施例1と同様にして積層フィルムを得た。
基材を構成する組成物をMFRが8.5g/10分(230℃、21.17Nで測定)の市販のブロックポリプロピレン(日本ポリプロ社製、BC4FC)を100質量%とした以外は、実施例1と同様にして積層フィルムを得た。
基材にMFRが8g/10分(230℃、21.17Nで測定)の市販のアイソタクチックポリプロピレン(住友化学製、“ノーブレン”(登録商標)FLX80E4)を100質量%用いたこと以外は、実施例1と同様にして積層フィルムを得た。
樹脂層Aを構成する組成物を、SIBS(カネカ製、“シブスター”(登録商標)062M、MFR20g/10分(230℃、21.17Nで測定)、硬度20)を80質量%、粘着付与剤(荒川化学工業製、“アルコン”(登録商標)P100)20質量%を用い、樹脂層Aの厚さを2μmとしたこと以外は、実施例1と同様にして積層フィルムを得た。
各層の構成樹脂を次のように準備した。
Claims (9)
- 基材の一方の面に樹脂層A、もう一方の面に樹脂層Bを有し、樹脂層Aの十点平均表面粗さRz(a)が1.5μm以上、5.0μm以下あり、かつ25℃、1Hzでの貯蔵弾性率G’が3.0×105Pa以上であり、樹脂層Bの十点平均表面粗さをRz(r)として、Rz(a)≦Rz(r)である積層フィルム。
- 前記樹脂層Aの厚さをtとした場合に、t≦Rz(a)である、請求項1に記載の積層フィルム。
- ヘイズ値が40%以下である、請求項1または2に記載の積層フィルム。
- 前記樹脂層Bの十点平均表面粗さRz(r)が3.5μm以上である、請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載の積層フィルム。
- 前記樹脂層Aがスチレン系エラストマーを含有する、請求項1〜4のいずれかに記載の積層フィルム。
- 被着体であるプリズムシートのマット面側の十点平均表面粗さをRz(m)とした場合にRz(m)≦Rz(a)を満足する被着体に貼付される請求項1〜5のいずれかに記載の積層フィルム。
- 基材に粒子を含有する、請求項1〜6のいずれかに記載の積層フィルム。
- 樹脂層Aの算術平均粗さRa(a)が0.2μm以上、1μm未満である請求項1〜7のいずれかに記載の積層フィルム。
- 下記で示される樹脂層Aのスチレン系エラストマーの硬度が50以上である請求項1〜8のいずれかに記載の積層フィルム。
硬度は、デュロメーター硬度計を用い、ISO7619に従い、試料のデュロメータータイプA硬度を測定
