Claims (7)
- ハウジング(2)と、
前記ハウジング(2)に形成され、孔壁部(42、43)を有する少なくとも一つの孔(3、4)と、
前記ハウジング(2)の一方の端部に配置される粉末状バルク材料用供給開口(9)と、
前記少なくとも一つの孔(3、4)に配置されるそれぞれ一本のスクリュー(7、8)と、
粉末状バルク材料を供給するために前記供給開口(9)の上流側に配置される計量装置(22)と、
前記少なくとも一本のスクリュー(7、8)のための駆動装置(19)と、
を備えて成る粉末状バルク材料を処理するための押出機であって、前記スクリュー(7,8)が、入口区間(14)を形成するように前記供給開口(9)の下流側にそれぞれ配置されるスクリュー搬送部(11)と、バルク材料を処理するために前記スクリュー搬送部(11)の下流側に配置される少なくとも一つの部分(12)とを有し、前記計量装置(22)が、運転の間、押出機の少なくとも前記入口区間(14)を部分的にだけ充填することを確実にするように構成されており、前記入口区間(14)での真空ハウジング部(23)が、無数のダクトを有した焼結材料のガス透過性多孔壁部(24)を有する、押出機において、
前記ガス透過性多孔壁部(24)が内壁部(41)を有し、この内壁部が前記少なくとも一つの孔(3、4)を規定し、且つ前記孔壁部(42、43)に対して後退していて、それによって部分的な環状断面を備え、且つ2.0mm≦D≦30mmが適用される一定の厚さDを有する間隙(44、44’、44”)を形成すること、及び、
前記ガス透過性多孔壁部(24)が、圧力パージライン(32)を用いて圧力ガス源(33)に接続されていること、
を特徴とする押出機。 - 前記ガス透過性多孔壁部(24)でのダクトが、少なくとも前記内壁部(41)の近傍で、粉末状バルク材料の平均粒子サイズよりも小さいか又は等しい幅を有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の押出機。
- 前記真空ハウジング部(23)には、冷却ダクト(47)が設けられることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の押出機。
- 前記真空ハウジング部(23)が、前記少なくとも一つの孔(3、4)の上方に配置されることを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の押出機。
- 前記真空ハウジング部(23’、23”)が、前記少なくとも一つの孔(3、4)の側面に設けられることを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の押出機。
- 平行で、部分的に相互に重なり合う少なくとも2つの孔(3、4)が、前記ハウジング(2)に形成されることを特徴とする請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の押出機。
- 一つの真空ハウジング部(23’、23”)がそれぞれ、各孔(3、4)の側面に設けられることを特徴とする請求項6に記載の押出機。
