Abstract
【解決手段】平行で、部分的に相互に噛合う孔(3)とそこに配置されるスクリュー(7)とを備えて成るハウジング(2)を備えた押出機(1)は、粉末状バルク材料を供給する方法をこのような押出機(1)に適用する際に用いられる。粉末状バルク材料の固体移送は、供給開口(9)の下流側に配置された入口区間(14)で行われ、前記入口区間(14)は、部分的に充填される。入口区間には少なくとも一つのガス透過性壁部(24)が設けられ、そこでは、バルク材料の層が前記壁部(24)に作り出され、それによって、バルク材料が通り抜けることが防止される。

Claims (7)
- −ハウジング(2)と、
−少なくとも一つの孔(3、4)と、
−ハウジング(2)の一方の端部に配置される、粉末状材料のための供給開口(9)と、
−少なくとも一つの孔(3、4)に配置されるそれぞれ一本のスクリュー(7、8)と、
−粉末状バルク材料で供給するために供給開口(9)の上流側に配置され、且つ、押出機(1)の少なくとも入口区間(14)が運転の間に部分的にだけ充填されることを確実にするように構成される計量装置(22)と、
−入口区間(14)での真空ハウジング部(23)であって、多数のダクトを有する焼結材料のガス透過性多孔壁部(24)を有する真空ハウジング部(23)と、
−少なくとも一本のスクリュー(7、8)のための駆動装置(19)と、
を備えて成り、
前記少なくとも一つの孔(3、4)が、
−−孔壁部(42、43)有し、
前記スクリュー(7、8)が、
−−入口区間(14)を形成するように供給開口(9)の下流側に配置されるそれぞれ一つのスクリュー搬送部(11)と、
−−バルク材料を処理するためのスクリュー搬送部(11)の下流側に配置される少なくとも一つの部分(12)と、を有する、
粉末状バルク材料を処理するための押出機において、
−ガス透過性壁部(24)が、少なくとも一つの孔(3、4)を規定し且つ孔壁部(42、43)に対して後退させられる内壁部(41)を有し、それによって部分的な環状断面を備えた間隙(44、44’、44”)を形成すること、
−間隙(44、44’、44”)が、2.0mm≦D≦30mmが適用される一定の厚さDを有すること、及び、
−ガス透過性壁部(24)が、圧力パージライン(32)を用いて圧力ガス源(33)に接続されること、
を特徴とする押出機。 - ガス透過性多孔性壁部(24)でのダクトが、少なくとも内壁部(41)の近傍で、粉末状バルク材料の平均粒子サイズよりも小さいか又は等しい幅を有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の押出機。
- 真空ハウジング部(23)には、冷却ダクト(47)が設けられることを特徴とする請求項1又は2のいずれか一項に記載の押出機。
- 真空ハウジング部(23)が、少なくとも一つの孔(3、4)の上方に配置されることを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の押出機。
- 真空ハウジング部(23’、23”)が、少なくとも一つの孔(3、4)の側面に設けられることを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の押出機。
- 少なくとも2つの平行で、部分的に相互に噛合う孔(3、4)が、ハウジング(2)に形成されることを特徴とする請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の押出機。
- 一つの真空ハウジング部(23’、23”)が、それぞれ、各孔(3、4)の側面に設けられることを特徴とする請求項6に記載の押出機。
