Claims (2)
- 正極および負極の電極がセパレータを介して対向するように積層されてなる素電池の積層体から導出された正極および負極の集電タブが、ラミネート外装材の外部に引き出された引出端子の一端に溶接され、前記引出端子の前記ラミネート外装材の溶着部を横切る部分を含むように樹脂材で被覆されてなる端子絶縁部が形成されたラミネート電池において、前記端子絶縁部は絶縁のためと折り曲げ時の端子補強のために、前記引出端子の折り曲げ予定部を覆うように前記ラミネート外装材から所定量だけ露出して形成され、前記折り曲げ予定部の折り曲げ線に沿って前記引出端子および/または前記樹脂材に切り欠き部もしくは欠損部が形成されたものであって、前記端子絶縁部の樹脂材の幅方向の両側に切り欠き部もしくは欠損部が設けられたことを特徴とするラミネート電池。
- 請求項1記載のラミネート電池の製造方法であって、前記端子絶縁部に切り欠き部もしくは欠損部を形成する加工を前記ラミネート外装材による封止の後、前記引出端子の折り曲げの前に行うことを特徴とするラミネート電池の製造方法。
