Description
図3は、本発明の実施の形態1に係るリチウムイオン二次電池の構成を模式的に示す平面図である。図4は、図3のII−II線において、リチウムイオン二次電池の積層構造の一例を模式的に示す断面図である。
本発明の実施の形態2に係る外部リード端子(タブ)11を有するリチウムイオン二次電池の構成は、実施の形態1と同様であることから、同一の符号を付することにより詳細な説明は省略する。本実施の形態2では、金属板14の空隙部15の形状が実施の形態1と相違する。

Claims (8)
- ラミネート電池に用いる外部リード端子の製造方法において、
所定の長さの金属板の長手方向に、所定の間隔にて略直線状に複数の空隙部を形成する工程と、
前記複数の空隙部の少なくとも一部を通過するシーラント層を前記金属板の長手方向に形成する工程と、
前記複数の空隙部の略中央にて、前記金属板の長手方向と略直交する方向に、前記金属板を切断して個片化する工程と
を含むことを特徴とする外部リード端子の製造方法。 - 前記複数の空隙部の略中央にて、前記金属板の長手方向と略直交する方向に、前記金属板を切断して個片化する工程の前に、前記金属板の少なくとも一部をめっき処理する工程を含むことを特徴とする請求項1記載の外部リード端子の製造方法。
- 個片化された前記金属板は、前記シーラント層を形成してある部分の一部又は全部に、個片化するよう切断された間隔よりも長さが短い部分が存在するようにしてあることを特徴とする請求項1又は2記載の外部リード端子の製造方法。
- 前記複数の空隙部を覆う幅を有するシーラント層を、前記金属板の長手方向に形成するようにしてあることを特徴とする請求項1乃至3のいずれか一項に記載の外部リード端子の製造方法。
- 前記複数の空隙部は、方形の孔であることを特徴とする請求項1乃至4のいずれか一項に記載の外部リード端子の製造方法。
- 前記空隙部に連通する切り欠き部を設けることを特徴とする請求項1乃至5のいずれか一項に記載の外部リード端子の製造方法。
- 請求項1乃至6のいずれか一項に記載の外部リード端子の製造方法を用いて製造したことを特徴とする外部リード端子。
- 請求項7に記載の外部リード端子を用いていることを特徴とするラミネート電池。
