Claims (19)
- 陽極板,セパレータ,および陰極板が積層された状態で複数回巻かれ,前記陽極板および前記陰極板にはそれぞれ外部に所定の長さで延びる陽極タップおよび陰極タップが接続されている電極組立体と;
前記電極組立体を収容できるように所定の深さのドローイング部を有する第1領域および前記第1領域のドローイング部を覆う第2領域を備え,前記陽極タップおよび前記陰極タップが前記第1領域および前記第2領域の外部に所定の長さで延びるパウチと;
前記パウチの外部において,保護回路基板が前記陽極タップおよび前記陰極タップに電気的に接続され,前記保護回路基板が樹脂で覆われてなる保護回路部材と;
を含んでなることを特徴とする,パウチ型リチウムポリマ電池。 - 前記パウチにおいて前記ドローイング部の相互対向する位置に前記ドローイング部と略直角を成す前面と後面が形成され,

- 前記保護回路基板は,樹脂で形成されたケースの内側に位置することを特徴とする,請求項1に記載のパウチ型リチウムポリマ電池。
- 前記ケースは,第1ケースと,前記第1ケースに結合される第2ケースとからなることを特徴とする,請求項7に記載のパウチ型リチウムポリマ電池。
- 前記陽極タップおよび前記陰極タップは,略「L」字型にベンディングされており,前記保護回路部材は,前記ドローイング部の前方に立設されたことを特徴とする,請求項1に記載のパウチ型リチウムポリマ電池。
- 前記陽極タップおよび前記陰極タップは,略「U」字型にベンディングされており,前記保護回路部材は,前記ドローイング部の前方に立設されたことを特徴とする,請求項1に記載のパウチ型リチウムポリマ電池。
- 前記陽極タップおよび前記陰極タップは,
前記パウチの前記第2領域と略平行をなす第1ベンディング部と,
前記第1ベンディング部と略直角をなす第2ベンディング部と,
からなることを特徴とする,請求項1に記載のパウチ型リチウムポリマ電池。 - 所定の面積の第1領域と第2領域を備え,前記第1領域と前記第2領域の境界で折りたたみが可能であり,前記第1領域には所定の深さのドローイング部が形成されたパウチを準備するパウチ準備ステップと;
陽極板,セパレータ,および陰極板を積層させて複数回巻くことによって形成され,前記陽極板および前記陰極板に外部に所定の長さで延びる陽極タップおよび陰極タップが接続されている電極組立体を,前記ドローイング部に収容し,前記第1領域と前記第2領域を相互接着させ,かつ,前記陽極タップおよび前記陰極タップがパウチの外部に所定の長さで延びて露出するようにする電極組立体の収容ステップと;
前記パウチの外部に延びた前記陽極タップおよび前記陰極タップに保護回路基板を接続する保護回路基板接続ステップと;
前記保護回路基板を樹脂で覆い保護回路部材を形成する保護回路部材形成ステップと;
を含んでなることを特徴とする,パウチ型リチウムポリマ電池の製造方法。 - 前記保護回路部材形成ステップにおいて,前記保護回路基板を樹脂でモールディングすることを特徴とする,請求項12に記載のパウチ型リチウムポリマ電池の製造方法。
- 前記保護回路部材形成ステップの後には,前記陽極タップおよび前記陰極タップを略「L」字型または略「U」字型にベンディングして,前記保護回路部材を前記ドローイング部の前方に立設させることを特徴とする,請求項13に記載のパウチ型リチウムポリマ電池の製造方法。
- 前記保護回路部材形成ステップにおいて,前記陽極タップおよび前記陰極タップを略「L」字型または略「U」字型にベンディングして,前記保護回路基板を前記ドローイング部の前方に立設させ,前記保護回路基板,前記陽極タップ,および前記陰極タップを共に樹脂でモールディングし,前記樹脂を前記ドローイング部の前方に貼り付けることを特徴とする,請求項12に記載のパウチ型リチウムポリマ電池の製造方法。
- 前記保護回路部材形成ステップにおいて,前記保護回路基板をケースに収容することを特徴とする,請求項12に記載のパウチ型リチウムポリマ電池の製造方法。
- 前記ケースは,前記保護回路基板が安着される第1ケースと,前記第1ケースに結合される第2ケースと,からなることを特徴とする,請求項16に記載のパウチ型リチウムポリマ電池の製造方法。
- 前記保護回路部材形成ステップの後には,前記陽極タップおよび前記陰極タップを略「L」字型または略「U」字型にベンディングして,前記保護回路部材を前記ドローイング部の前方に立設させることを特徴とする,請求項16に記載のパウチ型リチウムポリマ電池の製造方法。
- 前記第1ケースと前記第2ケースは,熱,超音波,またはレーザを用いて相互結合されることを特徴とする,請求項17に記載のパウチ型リチウムポリマ電池の製造方法。
