Claims (24)
- 密封剰余部を有する一面上に負極端子及び正極端子が形成されている電池セルと、
前記負極端子及び正極端子を介して前記電池セルと電気的に接続される保護回路モジュール(PCM)と、
を備え、
前記PCMは、
保護回路が形成されており、前記負極端子及び正極端子に接続する正極端子接続部及び負極端子接続部が配置される基板と、
開放された一面を通して前記基板を収納して取り囲むように構成されたPCMケースと、
前記PCMケースの開放された一面を密閉する電気絶縁性の蓋と、
を備え、
前記基板は、前記負極端子接続部及び正極端子接続部を介して前記電池セルの負極端子及び正極端子と結合し、前記基板が電池セルと平行に置かれた状態でPCMケースが前記基板を収納し、該PCMケースの開放された一面を電気絶縁性の蓋で密閉した後、前記PCMケースが前記電池セルの密封剰余部に搭載される、二次電池パック。 - 前記PCMケースと蓋は、組立式締結構造により相互結合される、請求項1に記載の二次電池パック。
- 前記PCMケースには、前記蓋と結合するための一つ以上の締結溝が形成されており、前記蓋には、前記締結溝に対応する締結突起が形成されている、請求項2に記載の二次電池パック。
- 前記電池セルは、板状の電池セルであり、前記負極端子及び正極端子は、板状の導電性部材である、請求項1に記載の二次電池パック。
- 前記基板は、外部入出力端子をさらに有する、請求項1に記載の二次電池パック。
- 前記外部入出力端子は、連結部を介して、前記負極端子接続部及び正極端子接続部が設けられている基板に結合される、請求項5に記載の二次電池パック。
- 前記外部入出力端子は、前記負極端子接続部及び正極端子接続部が形成された基板上に設けられる、請求項5に記載の二次電池パック。
- 前記PCMケースは、前記開放された一面と接する面に、前記外部入出力端子が外部に導き出されるように溝部をさらに有する、請求項6に記載の二次電池パック。
- 前記密封剰余部の電極端子露出部位に絶縁テープがさらに貼り付けられている、請求項1に記載の二次電池パック。
- 前記絶縁テープは、両面テープである、請求項9に記載の二次電池パック。
- 前記PCMケースの外面の少なくとも一面に絶縁テープがさらに貼り付けられる、請求項1に記載の二次電池パック。
- 前記電池セルは、正極、負極、及び前記正極と負極との間に挟まれた分離膜からなる電極組立体が、金属層及び樹脂層を含むラミネートシートの電池ケースに密封されてなる、請求項1に記載の二次電池パック。
- 前記基板が前記密封剰余部の延長方向と同じ方向に電池セルと平行な状態でPCMケースに収納される、請求項1に記載の二次電池パック。
- 前記基板の正極端子接続部と結合される正極端子の一面には、超音波溶接によりニッケルプレートがさらに取り付けられている、請求項1に記載の二次電池パック。
- 前記電池セルを覆うラベルをさらに備える、請求項1に記載の二次電池パック。
- 前記ラベルは、電池セルの側面の密封外周面を包む、請求項15に記載の二次電池パック。
- 電池セルの負極端子及び正極端子とそれぞれ接続する負極端子接続部及び正極端子接続部を有する保護回路基板と、
開放された一面を通して前記保護回路基板を収納するように構成されたケースと、
前記ケースの開放された一面を密閉する電気絶縁性の蓋と、
を備え、
前記保護回路基板は、前記負極端子接続部及び正極端子接続部を介して前記電池セルの負極端子及び正極端子と接続し、該基板が電池セルと平行に置かれた状態でPCMケースに収納され、該PCMケースの開放された一面が電気絶縁性の蓋で密閉された後、該PCMケースが前記電池セルの密封剰余部に搭載される、保護回路モジュール。 - 前記PCMケースと蓋は、組立式締結構造により相互結合される、請求項17に記載の保護回路モジュール。
- 前記PCMケースには、蓋と結合するための一つ以上の締結溝が形成されており、蓋には、前記締結溝に対応する締結突起が形成されている、請求項17に記載の保護回路モジュール。
- 前記ケースは、一面が開放された中空型のボックス構造である、請求項17に記載の保護回路モジュール。
- 前記保護回路基板は、前記負極端子接続部及び正極端子接続部が設けられた基板に連結部を介して結合されている外部入出力端子をさらに有する、請求項17に記載の保護回路モジュール。
- 前記ケースは、前記開放された一面と接する一面上に、前記連結部が通過する溝部をさらに有する、請求項21に記載の保護回路モジュール。
- 正極、負極、及び前記正極と負極との間に挟まれた分離膜からなる電極組立体を電池ケースに密封して電池セルを形成し、前記電池セルの前記密封外周面のうち、一面の密封面は剰余部を有する、電池セル形成過程と、
前記基板を、前記密封剰余部の延長方向と同じ方向に電池セルと平行な状態で、一面が開放されたケース内に収納し、ケースの開放された一面を電気絶縁性の蓋で密閉する過程と、
前記電池セルの密封剰余部上に前記ケースを搭載する過程と、
を含む、二次電池パックを製造する方法。 - 密封剰余部を有する一面上に負極端子及び正極端子が形成されている電池セルと、
前記負極端子及び正極端子を介して前記電池セルと電気的に接続される保護回路モジュール(PCM)と、
を備え、
前記PCMは、
保護回路が形成されており、前記負極端子及び正極端子に接続する正極端子接続部及び負極端子接続部が配置される基板と、
開放された一面を通して前記基板を収納して取り囲むように構成されたPCMケースと、
を備え、
前記基板は、前記負極端子接続部及び正極端子接続部を介して前記電池セルの負極端子及び正極端子と結合し、前記基板が電池セルと垂直に置かれた状態でPCMケースが前記基板を収納し、前記基板を収納したPCMケースが前記電池セルの密封剰余部に搭載され、
前記PCMケースの開放された一面を密閉する電気絶縁性の蓋を備える、二次電池パック。
