Abstract
CONJUNTO DE BATERIAS SECUNDÁRIAS. É descrito aqui um conjunto de baterias secundárias incluindo uma célula de bateria tendo um terminal anodo e um terminal catodo formados em uma face tendo uma parte excedente vedada e um módulo de circuito de proteção (PCM) eletricamente conectado à célula de bateria via o terminal anodo e o terminal catodo, onde o PCM inclui uma placa com um circuito de proteção formado nela, a placa sendo fornecida com uma parte de conexão de terminal anodo e uma parte de conexão de terminal catodo conectadas ao terminal anodo e ao terminal catodo, respectivamente, e um invólucro de PCM configurado para receber a placa através de uma face aberta dessa de modo que o invólucro de PCM circunde a placa, e uma tampa eletricamente isolante para fechar a face aberta do invólucro de PCM. A placa é acoplada ao terminal anodo e ao terminal catodo da célula de bateria via a parte de conexão de terminal anodo e a parte de conexão de terminal catodo, a placa é disposta no invólucro de PCM em um estado no qual a placa está paralela à célula de bateria, a face aberta do invólucro de PCM é fechada pela tampa eletricamente isolante, e o invólucro de PCM é montado à parte excedente vedada da célula de bateria.
