Abstract
본 발명은 양극/분리막/음극 구조의 전극조립체가 전해액과 함께 전지케이스의 내부에 밀봉되어 있는 원통형의 전지셀; 상기 전지셀의 양극단자가 상부로 노출될 수 있도록 개구가 형성되어 있고, 하기 PCM 어셈블리가 상부에 탑재되는 구조로 이루어져 있으며, 전지셀의 상단면에 장착되는 절연성 장착부재; 상면에 하나의 외부 입출력 단자가 형성되어 있는 보호회로 모듈(PCM), 및 상기 PCM의 하면에 결합되어 있는 접속부재들로 이루어져 있고, 상기 접속부재들이 PCM의 보호회로에 연결되어 있는 PCM 어셈블리; 및 상기 외부 입출력 단자가 노출된 상태로 PCM 어셈블리를 감싸면서 전지셀의 상단부에 결합되는 절연성 캡;을 포함하고 있으며, 전지셀 상에 절연성 장착부재와 PCM 어셈블리를 탑재한 상태에서 상기 전지셀의 양극단자와 음극단자는 상기 접속부재들에 의해 PCM을 경유하여 외부 입출력 단자들에 전기적 연결되는 구조의 이차전지 팩을 제공한다.
