Claims (10)
- 少なくとも一つのセルタブを含むバッテリーセルと、
上部に露出された外部端子を含む回路基板と、前記回路基板の下部に形成され第1セルタブに連結された一端を有する第1端子と、前記回路基板の下部に形成され前記回路基板に連結された一端を有する第2端子と、前記第1端子と第2端子との間に形成され前記回路基板の下部に形成されたPTC素子を含む保護回路モジュールと、を含み、
前記第1端子及び第2端子の他端は、前記回路基板から突出するように配置されかつ突出状態で前記PTC素子に接続され、折曲された場合に、前記回路基板の表面と対向するように配置され、
前記第2端子は、前記回路基板を介して前記外部端子に連結される、二次電池。 - 前記PTC素子は、PTCサーミスターを有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の二次電池。
- 前記バッテリーセルは、リチウムイオン電池であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の二次電池。
- 前記リチウムイオン電池は、リチウムイオンポリマー電池であることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の二次電池。
- 第1絶縁テープと第2絶縁テープとを含む絶縁テープを含み、
前記第1絶縁テープは、前記第1端子と第2端子との端部をカバーし、
前記第2絶縁テープは、前記PTC素子の厚さに対応して該PTC素子をカバーし、
前記第1絶縁テープ及び第2絶縁テープは、前記第1端子及び第2端子の折曲時、折曲された内部に位置し、これら第1端子及び第2端子の折曲された形態を支持することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の二次電池。 - 回路基板を含む保護回路モジュールを提供する段階と、
前記保護回路モジュールの回路基板上に形成された第1端子と第2端子との一端にPTC素子を結合する段階と、
前記第1端子の他端にバッテリーセルのセルタブを結合する段階と、
前記回路基板の下部に前記PTC素子を位置させるために前記第1端子と第2端子を折曲する段階と、
前記PTC素子の上面が前記バッテリーセルの上面に対して平行するように前記セルタブを折曲する段階と、を含み、
前記第1端子及び第2端子の他端は、前記回路基板から突出するように配置されかつ突出状態で前記PTC素子に接続され、前記第1端子と第2端子を折曲する段階にて折曲し
た場合に、前記回路基板の表面と対向するように配置され、
前記第2端子は、前記回路基板を介して外部端子に連結される、二次電池の製造方法。 - 前記PTC素子は、PTCサーミスターを含むことを特徴とする請求項6に記載の二次電池の製造方法。
- 前記バッテリーセルは、リチウムイオン電池であることを特徴とする請求項6に記載の二次電池の製造方法。
- 前記リチウムイオン電池は、リチウムイオンポリマー電池であることを特徴とする請求項8に記載の二次電池の製造方法。
- 第1絶縁テープと第2絶縁テープとを含む絶縁テープを適用する段階をさらに含み、
前記第1絶縁テープは、前記第1端子と第2端子との端部をカバーし、
前記第2絶縁テープは、前記PTC素子の厚さに対応して該PTC素子をカバーし、
前記第1絶縁テープ及び第2絶縁テープは、前記第1端子及び第2端子の折曲時、折曲された内部に位置し、これら第1端子及び第2端子の折曲された形態を支持することを特徴とする請求項6に記載の二次電池の製造方法。
