Claims (12)
- 다수의 양극 집전체와 음극 집전체가 세퍼레이터를 개재하여 구비되고, 상기 양극 집전체 및 음극 집전체에는 외부로 일정 길이 연장된 제1양극탭 및 제1음극탭이 접속되어 있는 전극 조립체;상기 전극 조립체가 수납될 수 있도록 일정 깊이의 드로잉부를 갖는 제1영역이 구비되고, 상기 제1영역의 드로잉부를 덮을 수 있도록 제2영역이 구비된 동시에, 상기 제1양극탭 및 제1음극탭은 상기 제1영역 및 제2영역의 외부로 일정 길이 연장되도록 하는 파우치; 및,상기 파우치의 외부에 보호회로 기판이 상기 제1양극탭 및 제1음극탭에 전기적으로 접속되고, 상기 보호회로 기판은 수지로 몰딩 또는 케이싱된 보호회로 부재를 포함하여 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 파우치형 리튬 폴리머 전지.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 파우치는 상기 드로잉부의 상호 대향되는 방향에 상기 드로잉부와 대략 직각을 이루는 전면 및 후면이 형성되고, 상기 전면과 수평하게 상기 보호회로 부재가 위치된 것을 특징으로 하는 파우치형 리튬 폴리머 전지.
- 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 보호회로 부재는 높이가 상기 파우치의 드로잉부를 포함하는 제1영역과 제2영역 사이의 높이와 같거나 작은 것을 특징으로 파우치형 리튬 폴리머 전지.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 보호회로 부재는 보호회로 기판에 상기 수지의 외부로 일정 길이 연장된 제2양극탭 및 제2음극탭이 접속되어 있고, 상기 제1양극탭은 상기 제2양극탭에, 상기 제1음극탭은 상기 제2음극탭에 각각 접속된 것을 특징으로 하는 파우치형 리튬 폴리머 전지.
- 제 4 항에 있어서, 상기 상호 접속된 제1,2양극탭 및 제1,2음극탭은 대략“L"자 형태로 벤딩되어, 상기 보호회로 부재가 드로잉부의 전방에 세워져 위치되도록 함을 특징으로 하는 파우치형 리튬 폴리머 전지.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 제1양극탭 및 제1음극탭은 대략“L"자 또는 "U"자 형태로 벤딩되어, 상기 보호회로 부재가 드로잉부의 전방에 세워져 위치되도록 함을 특징으로 하는 파우치형 리튬 폴리머 전지.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 제1양극탭 및 제1음극탭은 상기 파우치의 제2영역과 수평방향으로 연장된 제1벤딩부와, 상기 제2영역에 수직방향으로 연장된 제2벤딩부로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 파우치형 리튬 폴리머 전지.
- 상호 접힐 수 있도록 일정 면적의 제1영역 및 제2영역을 구비하고, 상기 제1영역에는 일정 깊이의 드로잉부를 형성하는 파우치 준비 단계;상기 파우치의 드로잉부에 다수의 양극 집전체와 음극 집전체가 세퍼레이터를 개재하여 구비되고, 상기 양극 집전체 및 음극 집전체에는 외부로 일정 길이 연장된 제1양극탭 및 제1음극탭이 접속되어 있는 전극 조립체를 수납하고, 상기 전극 조립체 외부의 제1영역 및 제2영역을 상호 열융착하되, 상기 제1양극탭 및 제1음극탭은 파우치의 외부로 일정 길이 연장되어 노출되도록 하는 단계;상기 파우치 외부로 연장된 제1양극탭 및 제1음극탭에 보호회로 기판을 접속하는 단계; 및,상기 보호회로 기판을 수지로 몰딩 또는 케이싱하여 보호회로 부재를 형성하는 단계를 포함하여 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 파우치형 리튬 폴리머 전지의 제조 방법.
- 제 8 항에 있어서, 상기 보호회로 부재 형성 단계후에는 상기 제1양극탭 및 제1음극탭을 대략“L"자 또는 "U"자 형태로 벤딩하여 상기 보호회로 부재가 파우치중 드로잉부의 전방에 세워져 위치되도록 함을 특징으로 하는 파우치형 리튬 폴리머 전지의 제조 방법.
- 상호 접힐 수 있도록 일정 면적의 제1영역 및 제2영역을 구비하고, 상기 제1영역에는 일정 깊이의 드로잉부를 형성하는 파우치 준비 단계;상기 파우치의 드로잉부에 다수의 양극 집전체와 음극 집전체가 세퍼레이터를 개재하여 구비되고, 상기 양극 집전체 및 음극 집전체에는 외부로 일정 길이 연장된 제1양극탭 및 제1음극탭이 접속되어 있는 전극 조립체를 수납하고, 상기 전극 조립체 외부의 제1영역 및 제2영역을 상호 열융착하되, 상기 제1양극탭 및 제1음극탭은 파우치의 외부로 일정 길이 연장되어 노출되도록 하는 단계; 및,상기 파우치 외부로 연장된 제1양극탭 및 제1음극탭에 보호회로 기판이 수지로 몰딩 또는 케이싱된 보호회로 부재를 전기적으로 접속하는 단계를 포함하여 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 파우치형 리튬 폴리머 전지의 제조 방법.
- 제 10 항에 있어서, 상기 보호회로 부재는 보호회로 기판에 제2양극탭 및 제2음극탭을 더 형성하고, 상기 제2양극탭 및 제2음극탭은 수지 외부로 노출되도록 보호회로 기판을 몰딩 또는 케이싱하며, 상기 제2양극탭에는 제1양극탭을, 상기 제2음극탭에는 제1음극탭을 접속하는 단계가 더 포함된 것을 특징으로 하는 파우치형 리튬 폴리머 전지의 제조 방법.
- 제 11 항에 있어서, 상기 보호회로 부재의 전기 접속 단계후에는 상기 상호 접속된 제1,2양극탭과, 제1,2음극탭을 대략 "L”자 또는 "U"자 형태로 벤딩하여, 상기 보호회로 부재가 파우치의 드로잉부 전방에 세워져 위치되도록 하는 단계가 더 포함됨을 특징으로 하는 파우치형 리튬 폴리머 전지의 제조 방법.
