Description
原料として用いられるエキス類は、魚肉、鳥肉、及び畜肉等を、水抽出、熱水抽出、アルコール抽出、超臨界抽出等の方法により抽出して得ることができ、市販のものを用いてもよい。例えば、アンセリンは、カツオ、マグロ、ウシ、鶏等の肉に多く含まれており、カルノシンは豚肉に多く含まれており、バレニンは鯨肉(例えばヒゲクジラ類)に多く含まれていることは上述したとおりである。
上記エキス類には、夾雑物としてタンパク質や脂肪等が含まれており、後述する膜処理工程において膜の目詰まりの原因となるため、予め除去しておく。
前処理工程で得られた処理液を、食塩阻止率の異なる2種以上の逆浸透膜(以下、RO膜という)を組み合わせて用いて処理することにより、目的物(イミダゾールジペプチド類化合物)の高分子側及び低分子側の夾雑物をそれぞれ除去する。
本発明においては、上記イミダゾールジペプチド類化合物含有抽出物として、特に魚肉からの抽出物を用いる場合には、魚介類に多く含まれるヒ素を低減させるために、以下に示す抽出法で抽出物を調製してもよい。
5%アンセリン含有かつお抽出物(焼津水産化学工業株式会社製、商品名「マリンアクティブ」)をハードカプセルに詰め、試験品とした。また、マルトデキストリン(松谷化学工業株式会社製、商品名「パインデックス#2」)をハードカプセルに詰め、対象品とした。
アルコール依存症の薬として用いられるシアナミド、ジスルフィラムは、アセトアルデヒドの分解をわざと妨げ、アルコールの代謝産物であるアセトアルデヒドによる不快感により、アルコール摂取の制限を促す。このようにアセトアルデヒドが体内に蓄積すると、非常に高い毒性のため不快感を伴い、また、不快感以外にも、肝障害、遺伝損傷、発ガン作用、皮膚への刺激などを引き起こすことが報告されている(Soffritti M et al., Ann NY Acad Sci. 2002 Dec; 982: 87-105.; Singh NP et al., Mutat Res. 1995 Jul; 337 (1): 9-17.)。
アルコール酔いの症状についての体感評価試験を以下のように行った。
Claims (2)
- アンセリンを有効成分として含有し、悪酔い、二日酔いを予防・緩和するために用いられることを特徴とするアルコール酔い軽減用組成物。
- 魚肉、鳥肉、及び畜肉からなる群から選ばれた少なくとも一種以上から得られた抽出物であって、アンセリンの含有量が固形分換算で1〜99.9質量%である抽出物からなる請求項1記載のアルコール酔い軽減用組成物。
