Description
Claims (19)
- 液体不純物を含むガスを浄化する遠心分離機であって、
分離空間(2)を囲み、前記分離空間に面する内壁面(3)を有し、前記分離空間は、前記ガスが前記分離空間を通って流れるのを可能にする固定ケーシング(1)と、
浄化すべき前記ガスの入口(9)と、
前記分離空間(2)内の、前記ガスの流れに関して前記入口(9)の下流側に設けられ、回転軸(x)の周りを回転方向(r)に回転するように構成され、前記ガスを前記回転方向(r)に回転させて、遠心力により前記液体不純物の少なくとも一部を前記ガスから分離させるようになっている回転部材(4)と、
前記ガスの流れに関して、前記浄化されたガスを排出させるために前記回転部材(4)の下流側に設けられるガス出口(10)と、
前記内壁面(3)を貫通して延びる少なくとも1つの出口穴(21)を有する、前記液体不純物を排出させるための少なくとも1つの第1の液体出口(11)と、
前記内壁面(3)から内側に延び、前記出口穴(21)から下流側に配置された環状面(20)と、を有する遠心分離機において、
分離された前記液体不純物を排出させるために、前記第1の液体出口(11)の上流側かつ前記回転部材(4)の下流側に第2の液体出口(12)が設けられており、
前記第1の液体出口(11)は、前記出口穴(21)からある距離離れた位置の前記環状面(20)から延び、前記出口穴(21)の半径方向内側に配置された環状のシールド部材(22)を有し、前記環状のシールド部材(22)と前記環状面(20)が、前記出口穴(21)の半径方向内側に配置された環状の溝(23)を形成していることを特徴とする遠心分離機。 - 前記溝(23)は、開放された環状の上流側端部と閉じられた環状の下流側端部とを有することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の遠心分離機。
- 前記環状面(20)は、前記環状のシールド部材(22)から内側に延びていることを特徴とする、請求項1および2のいずれか1項に記載の遠心分離機。
- 前記第1の液体出口(11)は、前記分離空間(2)の周りの、前記溝(23)の半径方向外側を延びる第1の環状の収集流路(25)も有することを特徴とする、請求項1から3のいずれか1項に記載の遠心分離機。
- 前記出口穴(21)は、前記溝(23)と前記第1の収集流路(25)との間を延びていることを特徴とする、請求項4に記載の遠心分離機。
- 前記環状面(20)は、前記環状のシールド部材(22)の内側に配置され、前記ガス出口(10)の一部を形成する少なくとも1つの開口部を有することを特徴とする、請求項1から5のいずれか1項に記載の遠心分離機。
- 前記少なくとも1つの開口部は中央通気開口部(26)を含むことを特徴とする、請求項6に記載の遠心分離機。
- 前記少なくとも1つの開口部はいくつかの中間通気開口部(41)を含むことを特徴とする、請求項6および7のいずれか1項に記載の遠心分離機。
- このような各中間通気開口部(41)は、前記通気開口部(41)の縁部(41”)から突き出る舌状部(42)を有することを特徴とする、請求項8に記載の遠心分離機。
- 前記舌状部(42)は、前記環状面の上流側に配置されるように前記縁部(41”)から突き出ていることを特徴とする、請求項9に記載の遠心分離機。
- 前記舌状部(42)は、それぞれの前記縁部(41”)から前記回転方向(r)の方へ、かつ前記環状面(20)から前記回転部材(4)の方へ突き出ていることを特徴とする、請求項10に記載の遠心分離機。
- 前記中間通気開口部(41)および前記舌状部(42)は、前記回転方向(r)にほぼ弧状に延びる部分を有することを特徴とする、請求項8から11のいずれか1項に記載の遠心分離機。
- 前記環状面(20)はほぼ平面状であり、かつ前記遠心分離機を通る断面に平行であることを特徴とする、請求項1から12のいずれか1項に記載の遠心分離機。
- 前記第2の液体出口(12)は主出口を形成し、前記第1の液体出口(11)は残渣出口を形成することを特徴とする、請求項1から13のいずれか1項に記載の遠心分離機。
- 前記第2の液体出口(12)は、前記分離空間(2)の周りを、かつ前記内壁面(3)の半径方向外側を延びる第2の環状の収集流路(30)を有することを特徴とする、請求項1から14のいずれか1項に記載の遠心分離機。
- 前記第2の液体出口(12)は、前記分離空間(3)と前記第2の環状の収集流路(30)との間を延びる少なくとも1つの出口穴(31)を有することを特徴とする、請求項15に記載の遠心分離機。
- 前記遠心分離機は、前記回転軸(x)がほぼ垂直方向に延び、前記固定ケーシング(1)が上端(1’)および下端(1”)を有し、前記上端(1’)に前記ガス出口が設けられるように構成されていることを特徴とする、請求項1から16のいずれか1項に記載の遠心分離機。
- 前記第2の液体出口(12)は前記下端(1”)に設けられていることを特徴とする、請求項17に記載の遠心分離機。
- 前記回転部材(4)は、いくつかの分離ディスク(7)を有することを特徴とする、請求項1から18のいずれか1項に記載の遠心分離機。
