Claims (16)
- 圧延されたストリップ(1)を洗浄するための方法において、
ストリップ(1)が、先ず、洗浄装置(3)の第1の領域(2)で、50bar〜200barの圧力で洗浄メディアをストリップ(1)に噴射する第1の高圧洗浄装置(4)により第1の高圧洗浄を受けること、ストリップ(1)が、これに続き、洗浄装置(3)の第2の領域(5)で、洗浄メディアで満たされた容器にストリップ(1)が通されることで超音波洗浄(6)を受けること、ストリップ(1)が、超音波洗浄プロセス(6)に続き、洗浄装置(3)の第3の領域(7)で、50bar〜200barの圧力で洗浄メディアをストリップ(1)に噴射する第2の高圧洗浄装置(8)により第2の高圧洗浄を受けること、第1と第2の高圧洗浄プロセス(4,8)が、洗浄すべきストリップ(1)の幅をカバーする少なくとも1つの洗浄メディアの噴射の供給によって行なわれること、第1の高圧洗浄(4)時に使用される洗浄メディアと、超音波洗浄(6)時に使用される洗浄メディアと、第2の高圧洗浄(8)時に使用される洗浄メディアとが、界面活性剤を含有することを特徴とする方法。 - 第1の領域(2)が第2の領域(5)から、第2の領域(5)が第3の領域(7)から空間的に間隔を置いていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
- ストリップ(1)が、少なくとも一方の高圧洗浄(4,8)及び/又は超音波洗浄(6)時に垂直に案内されることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の方法。
- 第1の高圧洗浄(4)時に使用される洗浄メディアと、第2の高圧洗浄(8)時に使用される洗浄メディアとが、少なくとも60℃の温度に加熱されることを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか1つに記載の方法。
- 第1の高圧洗浄(4)時に使用される洗浄メディアと、超音波洗浄(6)時に使用される洗浄メディアと、第2の高圧洗浄(8)時に使用される洗浄メディアとが、燐酸塩を含有することを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれか1つに記載の方法。
- 第1の高圧洗浄(4)時に使用される洗浄メディアと、超音波洗浄(6)時に使用される洗浄メディアと、第2の高圧洗浄(8)時に使用される洗浄メディアとが、アルカリ性であることを特徴とする請求項1〜5のいずれか1つに記載の方法。
- 第1の高圧洗浄(4)の前に、浸漬容器又はスプレー容器内でストリップ(1)のスプレー脱脂が行なわれることを特徴とする請求項1〜6のいずれか1つに記載の方法。
- ストリップ(1)のスプレー脱脂が、少なくとも60℃の温度を備える洗浄メディアによって行なわれることを特徴とする請求項7に記載の方法。
- 第2の高圧洗浄(8)の後に、ストリップ(1)のすすぎが行なわれることを特徴とする請求項1〜8のいずれか1つに記載の方法。
- 圧延されたストリップ(1)を洗浄するための装置(3)において、
50bar〜200barの圧力で洗浄メディアをストリップ(1)に噴射する第1の高圧洗浄装置(4)を配設した第1の領域(2)と、ストリップ(1)の移送方向(F)で後に配設され、超音波洗浄装置(6)を配設した第2の領域(5)と、ストリップ(1)の移送方向(F)で超音波洗浄装置(6)の後に配設され、50bar〜200barの圧力で洗浄メディアをストリップ(1)に噴射する第2の高圧洗浄装置(8)を配設した第3の領域(7)が設けられており、超音波洗浄装置(6)が、洗浄メディアを満たすことが可能で超音波放出手段(10,11)を配設した容器(9)を備えること、第1と第2の高圧洗浄プロセス(4,8)が、洗浄すべきストリップ(1)の幅をカバーする少なくとも1つの洗浄メディアの噴射の供給によって行なわれること、第1の高圧洗浄(4)時に使用される洗浄メディアと、超音波洗浄(6)時に使用される洗浄メディアと、第2の高圧洗浄(8)時に使用される洗浄メディアとが、界面活性剤を含有することを特徴とする装置。 - 超音波放出手段(10,11)が、ストリップ(1)の両側の、容器(9)の内部のそれぞれ1つのケース(12)内に配設されていることを特徴とする請求項10に記載の装置。
- 高圧洗浄装置(4,8)と超音波洗浄装置(6)が、ストリップ(1)を通す独立した容器(13,9,15)を備えることを特徴とする請求項10又は11に記載の装置。
- 高圧洗浄装置(4,8)が、ストリップ(1)の幅全体に渡り延在する少なくとも1つの高圧ノズルバー(14)を備えることを特徴とする請求項10〜12のいずれか1つに記載の装置。
- ストリップ(1)の移送方向(F)で第1の高圧洗浄装置(4)の前に、ストリップ(1)のスプレー脱脂をするための手段(16)が配設されていることを特徴とする請求項10〜13のいずれか1つに記載の装置。
- 移送方向(F)で第2の高圧洗浄装置(8)の後に、ストリップ(1)のすすぎをするための手段(17)が配設されていることを特徴とする請求項10〜14のいずれか1つに記載の装置。
- 高圧洗浄装置(4,8)が、洗浄メディアに高圧を発生させるためにピトー管ポンプ(20)を備えることを特徴とする請求項10〜15のいずれか1つに記載の装置。
