Description
以下、本発明の実施形態1について図1を参照して説明する。本実施形態は、吸収式ヒートポンプ装置(吸収式冷凍機)における吸収器1に適用している。図1に示すように、吸収器1は、希釈室20をもつ器体2と、器体2に設けられた粘性物質供給部として機能する吸収液供給部27と、器体2の希釈室20内において回転可能に設けられた回転体3と、器体2に設けられた希釈剤供給部として機能する水蒸気供給部28とを有する。器体2は、上壁2uと、底壁2bと、側壁2sとを有する。希釈室20は、上側の機械室20aと、機械室20aの下側に設けられた熱交換室20cと、熱交換室20cの下側に設けられた貯留室20eとを有する。
図2は実施形態2を示す。本実施形態は、実施形態1と基本的には同様の構成および同様の作用効果を有する。但し、伝熱管60に代えて、横断面で円形状をなす複数の棒材60Eで形成された被付着部材6Eが設けられている。被付着部材6Eは冷媒を流す機能を有していない。棒材60Eの横断面形状は四角、三角でも良い。
図3は実施形態3を示す。本実施形態は、実施形態1と基本的には同様の構成および同様の作用効果を有する。吸収器1は、希釈室20をもつ器体2と、器体2に設けられた粘性物質供給部として機能する吸収液供給部27と、器体2の希釈室20内に回転可能に設けられた回転噴霧器を形成する回転体3Hと、器体2に設けられた希釈剤供給部として機能する水蒸気供給部28とを有する。器体2は、上壁2uと底壁2bと側壁2sとをもつ。希釈室20は下側に貯留室20eを有する。
図4は実施形態4を示す。本実施形態は実施形態1と基本的には同様の構成および同様の作用効果を有するものである。以下、相違する部分を中心として説明する。図4に示すように、回転体3Kは、器体2の希釈室20内に回転可能に設けられており、駆動源39により回転軸30の軸芯の周りで回転される縦型の回転軸30と、回転軸30の一端側(上側)30uに保持された遠心式の第1回転噴霧器を形成する円盤状をなす第1回転体31Kと、回転軸30の他端側(下側)30dに保持された遠心式の第2回転噴霧器を形成する第2回転体32(再希釈用回転部)とを有する。
図5は実施形態5を示す概念図である。本実施形態は実施形態1と基本的には同様の構成および同様の作用効果を有するものであり、吸収式ヒートポンプ装置(吸収式冷凍機)100に適用されている。この装置100は、凝縮室101を有する凝縮器102と、高真空状態に維持されている蒸発室111をもつ蒸発器112(水蒸気供給源,希釈剤供給源)と、希釈室20を有する吸収器1と、再生室131を有する再生器132(吸収液供給源,粘性物質供給源)とを有する。吸収器1は、前記した図1〜図4に示す実施形態に係る吸収器で形成されている。この吸収器1は、前述したように高粘性吸収液を、回転体の回転に基づく遠心力により微粒子とし、水蒸気と接触させる方式である。
Claims (7)
- 希釈室をもつ器体と、
前記器体に設けられ、粘性物質を前記希釈室に供給させる粘性物質供給部と、
前記器体の前記希釈室内に回転可能に設けられ、前記希釈室に供給される粘性物質を回転により細断片化させて粘性物質の多数の細断片からなる細断片群を形成する回転体と、
前記器体に設けられ、前記回転体の回転で形成された細断片群と希釈剤とが接触するように、希釈剤を前記希釈室に供給させる希釈剤供給部と、
前記器体の前記希釈室に設けられ、希釈剤で希釈される前記粘性物質の前記細断片が付着する被付着部材と、
を具備する粘性物質希釈装置。 - 請求項1において、前記被付着部材は、前記被付着部材に付着している粘性物質を冷却させる冷却機能を有する粘性物質希釈装置。
- 請求項1または2において、前記被付着部材は、冷媒が流れる通路をもつ複数の伝熱管からなる伝熱管群で形成されている粘性物質希釈装置。
- 請求項1〜3のうちの一項において、前記器体は、細断片群と希釈剤との接触で希釈された粘性物質を貯留させる貯留室を有しており、
前記貯留室に貯留されている粘性物質を回転により再び細断片とし、且つ、その細断片と希釈剤とを再び接触させて更に希釈化させる再希釈用回転部を有する粘性物質希釈装置。 - 請求項1〜4のうちの一項において、前記希釈剤供給部は、前記希釈室において生成された細断片群の外側に希釈剤を供給させて希釈剤流を形成し、前記希釈室における粘性物質の細断片群の過剰飛散を希釈剤流により抑える粘性物質希釈装置。
- 請求項1〜5のうちの一項において、前記希釈室において希釈剤を攪拌させることにより、細断片と希釈剤との接触確率を増加させる希釈剤攪拌部が、前記希釈室の内部に設けられている粘性物質希釈装置。
- 請求項1〜6のうちの一項において、吸収式ヒートポンプ装置における吸収器に用いられる粘性物質希釈装置。
