Claims (19)
- 基端と、先端と、先端に隣接する先端領域とを有するカテーテルシャフトにおいて、
先端部から基端部に向かって延びる内層と、
内層の少なくとも一部上に配置され、且つ円筒状をなすように周回して編み合わされた少なくとも2本の連続ワイヤから形成され、各連続ワイヤが基端径を有する基端ブレード区域と、各連続ワイヤが先端径を有する先端ブレード区域とを有し、各連続ワイヤに関して、前記連続ワイヤの先端径が前記連続ワイヤの基端径よりも小さい、補強ブレード層と
を備え、各連続ワイヤの基端径は基端ブレード区域にわたって一定であり、各連続ワイヤの先端径は先端ブレード区域にわたって一定であることと、各連続ワイヤの先端径は1.0ミリメートルであり、各連続ワイヤの基端径は1.5ミリメートルであることと、各連続ワイヤが各連続ワイヤの基端ブレード区域の先端側部分における径から先端ブレード区域の基端側部分における径に向かって一周回の内に徐々に小さくなる漸進的な移行部を含むカテーテルシャフト。 - 少なくとも2本の連続ワイヤは、編まれる前に、各連続ワイヤの基端部が基端径を有し、各連続ワイヤの先端部が先端径を有するように形成される、請求項1に記載のカテーテルシャフト。

を備え、各連続ワイヤの基端径は基端ブレード区域にわたって一定であり、各連続ワイヤの先端径は先端ブレード区域にわたって一定であることと、各連続ワイヤの先端径は1.0ミリメートルであり、各連続ワイヤの基端径は1.5ミリメートルであることと、各連続ワイヤが各連続ワイヤの基端ブレード区域の先端側部分における径から先端ブレード区域の基端側部分における径に向かって一周回の内に徐々に小さくなる漸進的な移行部を含む方法。 - ブレード層上に外層を固定する工程をさらに備える、請求項14に記載の方法。
