ジヒドロジャスモン酸カリウム塩の別法による調製
トルエン(3×100ml)を添加し、そして共沸の目的であらゆる残留している水を真空下で除去した。しかしカリウム塩は、黄色油として残留した。

農学的配合物

配合物4で処理した植物に対するストレスの効果を、土壌潅注として評価した。栽培品種レタスLactuca sativa変種のArctic Kingが、試験について選択された種であった。レタス植物を、4つの異なる成長媒体、低pHの酸性砂質土(pH4.27)、高pHの白亜質埴土(pH9.35)、Lufa 2.2(pH5.8)及びロックウール栽培ブロック(不活性)中の個々のポットで成長させた。

Claims (22)
- (i)式(IA):
(ii)植物のストレスを軽減する試薬、ここで前記試薬は、サリチル酸、アセチルサリチル酸(若しくは2−アセトキシ安息香酸)、サリチル酸メチル、安息香酸若しくはアシベンゾラル−S−メチル、又はそれらの農学的に受容可能な塩である、式(V):
の安息香酸基を含む農学的に受容可能な化合物又はその誘導体であり;及び
(iii)抗酸化化合物、ここで前記化合物は、アルギニン又はアルギニンが前駆体であるポリアミンである
を含有する、農学的に受容可能な組成物。 - Mがカリウム又はマグネシウムである、請求項1に記載の組成物。
- R 1 がn−ペンチル基である、請求項1または2に記載の組成物。
- 式(IA)の化合物がカリウムジヒドロジャスモネートである、請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の組成物。
- 式(IA)の化合物がマグネシウムジヒドロジャスモネートである、請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の組成物。
- 式(V)の化合物が、アセチルサリチル酸、サリチル酸ナトリウム、又は安息香酸ナトリウムである、請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の組成物。
- カリウムジヒドロジャスモネート、安息香酸ナトリウム及びアルギニンを含有する、請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の組成物。
- マグネシウムジヒドロジャスモネート、アセチルサリチル酸及びアルギニンを含有する、請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の組成物。
- 成分の比率(i):(ii):(iii)が、1:1:1w/w〜1:2:20w/wである、請求項1〜8のいずれか1項に記載の組成物。
- 請求項1〜9のいずれか1項に記載の組成物及び農学的に受容可能なキャリアを含有する、農学的に受容可能な組成物。
- 非生物的なストレス状態の中の高等植物の成長及び/又は収穫量及び/又は品質を改善する方法であって、請求項1〜9のいずれか1項に記載の組成物を、その植物又はその環境に施すことを包含する方法。
- 窒素肥料又は窒素を含む肥料の性能を改善する方法であって、請求項1〜9のいずれか1項に記載の組成物を組み合わせて、上記肥料を植物又はその環境に施すことを包含する方法。
- 請求項1〜9のいずれか1項に記載の組成物を、植物又はその環境に与えることを包含する、生物的ストレスに由来する農作物の損害を軽減する方法。
- 請求項1〜9のいずれか1項に記載の組成物を含む肥料組成物。
- 請求項1に記載の、式(IA)の化合物、並びに式(V)の化合物及び抗酸化剤のうちの1つ又は両方を含有する請求項1〜9のいずれか1項に記載の組成物の製造において使用するための濃縮物。
- 請求項16記載の式(I)の化合物及び農学的に受容可能なキャリアを含有する、農学的に受容可能な組成物。
- 抗酸化化合物をさらに包含する、請求項19に記載の組成物であって、抗酸化化合物が、アルギニン又はアルギニンが前駆体であるポリアミンである、前記組成物。
