Description
図1は、本発明のガラス成形装置の断面図であり、図2は、成形型5周辺の様子を表した斜視図および図3は、成形型5周辺を上部から見た図である。ガラス成形装置1は、ガラス原料を熔融し、熔融ガラス3を製造、貯蔵する熔融炉2と、熔融炉2の下部に接続され、熔融ガラス3を成形する成形型5に熔融ガラス3を流し込む流出部4とを備える。さらに、成形型5の下部には、成形型5に流し込まれた熔融ガラスを冷却する冷却器8が設けられている。
本発明のガラスの製造方法は、すでに上述した本発明のガラス成形装置を使用して製造することができる。

Claims (8)
- ガラスを熔融する熔融炉と、
内側が低熱伝導性部材で覆われており、前記熔融炉から流し込まれた熔融ガラスを成形する成形型と、
前記成形型内に流し込まれた前記熔融ガラスの放熱を防止する保温部材と、
前記熔融炉から前記成形型へ熔融した前記ガラスを流し込む流出部と、
前記成形型の底部に備えられた冷却器と、
前記保温部材の下部と、前記成形型内に流し込まれた前記熔融ガラスの液面との間隔が一定となるように前記成形型を上下方向に昇降させる昇降手段と、
を備えるガラス成形装置。 - 前記保温部材は、前記流出部に固定されている請求項1に記載のガラス成形装置。
- 前記保温部材の下部と前記成形型内に流し込まれた前記熔融ガラスの液面との間隔は、50cm以下である請求項1又は2に記載のガラス成形装置。
- 前記低熱伝導性部材の厚さは、5mm未満である請求項1から3のいずれかに記載のガラス成形装置。
- 前記低熱伝導性部材は、室温熱伝導率が2.0W/m・K以下である請求項1から4のいずれかに記載のガラス成形装置。
- 前記低熱伝導性部材は、酸化アルミニウムまたは酸化アルミニウム複合体である請求項1から5のいずれかに記載のガラス成形装置。
- 前記保温部材は、室温熱伝導率が2.0W/m・K以下である請求項1から6のいずれかに記載のガラス成形装置。
- 前記保温部材は、酸化アルミニウムまたは酸化アルミニウム複合体である請求項1から7のいずれかに記載のガラス成形装置。
