Claims (5)
- 外側縁部に沿ってビードが設けられたベルトの位置を保持するためのベルト保持装置であって、
前記ビードに係合しその位置を保持する第1ローラと、
前記第1ローラを支持する可動部と、
前記可動部と係合する固定部とを備え、
前記ビードが前記第1ローラと前記固定部との間に把持されることにより前記ベルトの位置が保持され、
前記可動部が、前記第1ローラが前記ビードと係合し前記ビードを把持する固定位置と、前記第1ローラが前記ビードから離接され前記ビードが開放される離接位置との間で変位自在であり、
前記可動部が、係止部材を前記可動部および前記固定部の間に嵌挿することにより前記固定位置に固定され、
前記可動部が、前記固定部に回動自在に支持され、前記係止部材が前記可動部と前記固定部との間に嵌挿される中子部材であり、前記中子部材が前記可動部と前記固定部との間に挟まれることにより前記可動部の回転が規制される
ことを特徴とするベルト保持装置。 - 前記固定部が第2ローラを備え、前記ビードが前記第1ローラと前記第2ローラによって把持されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のベルト保持装置。
- 前記可動部と前記固定部との間からの前記中子部材の抜脱を防止する抜脱防止機構が前記中子部材に設けられることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のベルト保持装置。
- 前記可動部および前記固定部の材料に、ポリアミド、ポリアセタール、ポリプロピレン、ポリカーボネイト、メラミン、フェノール樹脂、ユリア樹脂、ポリエチレン、PBT、ABS樹脂の何れかが用いられることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のベルト保持装置。
- 前記材料が電気伝導性を備えるプラスチックであることを特徴とする請求項4に記載のベルト保持装置。
