Claims (3)
- 外径方向に延びるフランジを有するハブ輪と、このハブ輪に外側継手部材が固定される等速自在継手と、ハブ輪及び外側継手部材の外周側に配設され、筒状本体部および車体に取り付けるためのフランジを有する外方部材と、外方部材とハブ輪及び外側継手部材との間に介装される転動体とを備えた車輪用軸受装置の製造方法において、
ハブ輪と等速自在継手と外方部材と転動体とを組立てたサブアセンブリ体を形成した後、外方部材の車体取付フランジのうち、ハブ輪のフランジと対向しない側の側面を第2爪部材で支持すると共に、筒状本体部の外周面を、第2爪部材と独立して半径方向に往復移動可能の第1爪部材で支持することにより、前記サブアセンブリ体の外方部材を固定した状態で、外側継手部材に回転駆動力を与えてハブ輪と外側継手部材をサブアセンブリ体軸心廻りに回転させつつ、前記ハブ輪のフランジのブレーキロータ側取付面を旋削加工することを特徴とする車輪用軸受装置の製造方法。 - 前記外側継手部材の軸部をハブ輪の孔部に挿入して、ハブ輪と外側継手部材とを一体化していることを特徴とする請求項1の車輪用軸受装置の製造方法。
- 前記ハブ輪の軸部を外側継手部材の孔部に挿入して、ハブ輪と外側継手部材とを一体化していることを特徴とする請求項1の車輪用軸受装置の製造方法。
