Claims (10)
- ころが間に収容された2つの保持器側方部分を含む、ころ軸受のための金属保持器において、前記保持器側方部分(2、3)を互いに固定的に連結する複数の保持部材(4)を有しており、該保持部材は、2つの前記保持部材(4)の間に収容された、前記保持器側方部分(2、3)に回転支承されていない、前記保持部材(4)から間隔をおいたころ(6)の回転軸に対して実質的に平行に配置されており、2つのころ(6)の間で位置決めされるべき、該ころが互いに間隔をおくようにするスペーサ(7,7’)を取り外し可能に取り付けるための区域(8)が前記保持器側方部分により制限されて設けられ、
前記区域(8)は断面の狭隘部または差込切欠きとして構成されていることを特徴とする金属保持器。 - 前記保持部材(4)は別個の構成部品として前記保持器側方部分(2、3)と連結されていることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の金属保持器。
- 前記保持部材(4)は保持ボルト(5)または保持ウェブであることを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の金属保持器。
- 一体的な鋳造品であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の金属保持器。
- 前記保持部材は断面が円形または多角形であることを特徴とする、請求項4に記載の金属保持器。
- 2つのころ(6)の間の組付け位置に1つ、2つ、またはそれ以上の保持部材(4)がそれぞれ配置されており、該保持部材は、これらの間に挿通されるべき該保持部材の上に支承されるスペーサ(7’)を支持する役目をすることを特徴とする、請求項1から5までのいずれか1項に記載の金属保持器。
- 前記保持器側方部分(2、3)には2つのころ(6)の間で位置決めされる両方の前記保持部材について、挿入されるべきスペーサ(7’)を固定する役目をする固定部材を収容するための貫通部(14)が設けられていることを特徴とする、請求項6に記載の金属保持器。
- 軸穴のあるころ(6)のための軸ボルト(12)としての役目をする複数の別の保持部材が設けられていることを特徴とする、請求項2、3および5から7のいずれか一項に記載の金属保持器。
- 前記別の保持部材は保持器円周にわたって対称に配分されて配置されていることを特徴とする、請求項8に記載の金属保持器。
- ころ軸受において、2つのリングと、少なくとも1つのころ(6)を含む請求項1から9のうちいずれか一項に記載の金属保持器(1、1’)とを含んでいるころ軸受。
