Abstract
【解決手段】軸受組み込み冶具は、内輪43aと、外輪42と、円錐ころ44aと、円錐ころ44aを保持するポケットを形成するように軸に沿う方向に延びる複数の柱部、およびこの複数の柱部を連結するように周方向に延びる連結部を有し、外輪42および内輪43aの間で周方向に順次連ねて配置される複数の保持器セグメント45aとを組み合わせた円錐ころ軸受を、上下方向に延びる回転軸47に組み込むのに使用される。ここで、軸受組み込み冶具は、内輪43aおよび外輪42を、その組み合わせ状態を維持したままで連結固定する固定部材51を備える。

Claims (7)
- 内輪と、外輪と、円錐ころと、前記円錐ころを保持するポケットを形成するように軸に沿う方向に延びる複数の柱部、およびこの複数の柱部を連結するように周方向に延びる連結部を有し、前記外輪および前記内輪の間で周方向に順次連ねて配置される複数の保持器セグメントとを組み合わせた円錐ころ軸受を、上下方向に延びる回転軸に組み込むのに使用される軸受組み込み冶具であって、
前記内輪および前記外輪を、その組み合わせ状態を維持したままで連結固定する固定部材を備える、軸受組み込み冶具。 - 前記固定部材は、前記内輪に固定され径方向に延びる第一部分と、
前記第一部分の外方端部から軸方向に延び、前記外輪に固定される第二部分とを含む、請求項1に記載の軸受組み込み冶具。 - 前記固定部材は、前記第一部分を前記内輪に固定するボルトと、前記第二部分を前記外輪に固定する固定棒とを備える、請求項2に記載の軸受組み込み冶具。
- 前記固定棒は、その一方端部に吊り下げ線連結用の円環部を含む、請求項3に記載の軸受組み込み冶具。
- 固定部材の一方端と連結固定される一方端連結部を含む内輪と、
前記固定部材の他方端と連結固定される他方端連結部を含む外輪と、
円錐ころと、
前記円錐ころを保持するポケットを形成するように軸に沿う方向に延びる複数の柱部、およびこの複数の柱部を連結するように周方向に延びる連結部を有し、前記外輪および前記内輪の間で周方向に順次連ねて配置される複数の保持器セグメントとを備える、円錐ころ軸受。 - 内輪と、外輪と、円錐ころと、前記円錐ころを保持するポケットを形成するように軸に沿う方向に延びる複数の柱部、およびこの複数の柱部を連結するように周方向に延びる連結部を有し、前記外輪および前記内輪の間で周方向に順次連ねて配置される複数の保持器セグメントとを組み合わせた円錐ころ軸受を、上下方向に延びる回転軸に組み込む円錐ころ軸受の組み込み方法であって、
内輪および外輪を、その組み合わせ状態を維持したままで連結固定する固定部材を準備し、
内輪および外輪の間に複数の円錐ころおよび複数の保持器セグメントを配置して円錐ころ軸受を形成し、
円錐ころ軸受に含まれる内輪および外輪を前記固定部材によって連結固定し、
内輪および外輪を連結固定した円錐ころ軸受を吊り上げて回転軸に組み込む、円錐ころ軸受の組み込み方法。 - 風力を受けるブレードと、
その一端が前記ブレードに固定され、ブレードとともに回転する主軸と、
ハウジングに組み込まれ、前記主軸を回転自在に支持する円錐ころ軸受とを有する風力発電機の主軸支持構造であって、
前記円錐ころ軸受は、固定部材の一方端と連結固定される一方端連結部を含む内輪と、前記固定部材の他方端と連結固定される他方端連結部を含む外輪と、円錐ころと、前記円錐ころを保持するポケットを形成するように軸に沿う方向に延びる複数の柱部、およびこの複数の柱部を連結するように周方向に延びる連結部を有し、前記外輪および前記内輪の間で周方向に順次連ねて配置される複数の保持器セグメントとを備える、風力発電機の主軸支持構造。
