Abstract

本发明提供了一种圆柱滚子轴承的铜保持架,属于轴承保持架技术领域。本发明所述左面支架和右面支架的平面上分别均布有短桩和卯,左面支架和右面支架这两个支架上面的短桩和卯的位置相同,过梁的两端分别设有榫,过梁上两端的榫分别与左面支架和右面支架上的卯相配合,过梁将左面支架和右面支架连接为一体,两个相邻的短桩之间、短桩与过梁之间形成兜孔。本发明与现有技术相比,将过梁缩短变成短桩,且左面支架和右面支架一模一样,只用三根过梁将左面支架和右面支架连为一体,每个保持架可以节省铜料50%~60%,并且节省了工装,加工变得简单了许多,最大的优点就是安装方便快捷,安装工序比现有技术提高功效60%多。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种圆柱滚子轴承的铜保持架,属于轴承保持架技术领域。
背景技术
现有的圆柱滚子轴承铜保持架分作两部分加工,一部分是左面支架和过梁的加工,另一部分是右面支架的加工。现有的铜保持架左面支架和过梁是一体结构,需要用的是左面支架的厚度再加上过梁的长度这样一块铜料进行铣削加工,按照设计要求加工出左面支架和若干个过梁以及过梁一端的用于与右面支架连接的榫,右面支架按照左面支架上过梁的多少加工出多少个卯(孔)。上述的保持架存在以下三大缺陷,1、费料,在左面支架和过梁的加工中,过梁部分损失的铜料最多,有百分之九十都被铣削掉了。2、由于等分度的精度要求,加工难度大,加工精度要求高。3、安装费时费事,以十八个过梁的保持架为例,安装时要同时把这十八个榫准确无误的装入到右面支架的十八个卯当中,是很不容易的。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了解决上述现有技术存在的问题,即现有铜保持架存在费料、加工难度大、安装费时费事的问题。进而提供一种圆柱滚子轴承的铜保持架。
本发明的目的是通过以下技术方案实现的:
一种圆柱滚子轴承的铜保持架,包括:左面支架、短桩、卯、过梁、榫和右面支架,所述左面支架和右面支架的平面上分别均布有短桩和卯,左面支架和右面支架这两个支架上面的短桩和卯的位置相同,过梁的两端分别设有榫,过梁上两端的榫分别与左面支架和右面支架上的卯相配合,过梁将左面支架和右面支架连接为一体,两个相邻的短桩之间、短桩与过梁之间形成兜孔。
本发明与现有技术相比,将过梁缩短变成短桩,且左面支架和右面支架一模一样,只用三根过梁将左面支架和右面支架连为一体,每个保持架可以节省铜料50%~60%,并且节省了工装,加工变得简单了许多,最大的优点就是安装方便快捷,安装工序比现有技术提高功效60%多。由于圆柱滚子是与短桩接触,其接触面积大为减少,使轴承在使用时降低了噪音,润滑效果更好。短桩可以缩小,滚子的数量可以增多,增加轴承的承载力。

下面将结合附图对本发明做进一步的详细说明:本实施例在以本发明技术方案为前提下进行实施,给出了详细的实施方式,但本发明的保护范围不限于下述实施例。
如图4~图7所示,本实施例所涉及的一种圆柱滚子轴承的铜保持架,包括:左面支架11、短桩12、卯13、过梁14、榫15和右面支架17,所述左面支架11和右面支架17的平面上分别均布有短桩12和卯13,左面支架11和右面支架17这两个支架上面的短桩12和卯13的位置相同,过梁14的两端分别设有榫15,过梁14上两端的榫15分别与左面支架11和右面支架17上的卯13相配合,过梁14将左面支架11和右面支架17连接为一体,两个相邻的短桩12之间、短桩12与过梁14之间形成兜孔16。

1.一种圆柱滚子轴承的铜保持架,包括:左面支架(11)、短桩(12)、卯(13)、过梁(14)、榫(15)和右面支架(17),其特征在于,所述左面支架(11)和右面支架(17)的平面上分别均布有短桩(12)和卯(13),左面支架(11)上的短桩(12)和右面支架(17)上的短桩(12)位置相同,左面支架(11)上的卯(13)和右面支架(17)上的卯(13)位置相同,过梁(14)的两端分别设有榫(15),过梁(14)上两端的榫(15)分别与左面支架(11)和右面支架(17)上的卯(13)相配合,过梁(14)将左面支架(11)和右面支架(17)连接为一体,两个相邻的短桩(12)之间、短桩(12)与过梁(14)之间形成兜孔(16)。
