Abstract
ESPECTRÈMETRO DE MOBILIDADE IÈNICA, MéTODO PARA ANALISAR UMA AMOSTRA, FILTRO IÈNICO, E, MéTODO PARA FABRICAR UM ESPECTRÈMETRO DE MOBILIDADE IÈNICA Um espectrómetro de mobilidade iónica é descrito tendo um filtro iónico na forma de pelo menos um canal iónico que tem uma pluralidade de eletrodos. Um potencial elétrico variável com o tempo aplicado às camadas condutoras permite que o filtro admita de maneira seletiva espécies de íon.
