Description
Claims (16)
- 互いに相対運動する2つの構成部分間に装嵌されて圧力室を液密に仕切るための弾性材料から成る軸用リップ・パッキンであって、溝(3)内に装嵌された該パッキン(1b〜1d)が1つの第1の半径方向封止リップ(7)を有し、該半径方向封止リップには1つの第2の軸方向封止リップ(11b〜11d)が接続し、しかも1つのシールエッジ(8)を有する前記半径方向封止リップ(7,34,35)が1つのばね手段によって支持されて、前記パッキン(1b〜1d)の対称軸線(5)の方向に方位づけられて回転する1本の軸(19)に支持されており、前記軸方向封止リップ(11b〜11d)が組付け位置において、1つのシールエッジ(12)を介して、前記パッキン(1b〜1d)の対称軸線(5)に対して半径方向に方位づけられた当接面に支持されており、かつ前記パッキン(1b〜1d)の半径方向区分内に埋込まれた補強材(6)が少なくとも片側で弾性的なパッキン材料によって囲まれている形式のものにおいて、次の構成手段(a〜d)すなわち:
(a)軸方向封止リップ(11b〜11d)が、パッキン(1b〜1d)の無応力の非組付け状態では、前記パッキンの対称軸線(5)に対して35゜以上の設定角度αをとって方位づけられており、
(b)半径方向封止リップ(7)のシールエッジ(8)を起点として前記軸方向封止リップ(11b〜11d)が、前記パッキン(1b〜1d)の非組付け状態において1.4mm以上の長さLにわたって延びており、
(c)組付け状態では前記軸方向封止リップ(11b〜11d)が、0.05〜0.55mmの軸方向オーバーラップ値X2 をもって所属の封止面もしくは当接面に支持されており、
(d)前記パッキン(1b〜1d)のパッキン材料の硬度が75以下のショア硬度Aを有しており、前記軸方向封止リップ(11b〜11d)が、前記半径方向封止リップ(7)の前記シールエッジ(8)に対して間隔値Z 1 を隔てて、屈曲された区分(16b〜16d)を有しており、前記軸方向封止リップ(11b〜11d)が、前記設定角度αと、前記屈曲された区分(16b〜16d)の、前記対称軸線(5)に対して直角に延びる辺を基準とする傾斜角度βもしくは傾斜角度γとの間の屈曲移行部に撓みジョイント(17b〜17d)を形成していることを特徴とする、軸用リップ・パッキン。 - 残余の軸方向封止リップ(11b,11c)に対して屈曲された区分(16b,16c)の前記傾斜角度βは、60゜以上である、請求項1記載の軸用リップ・パッキン。
- 軸方向封止リップ(11d)の端部寄り区分(16d)の傾斜角度γは、40゜以下である、請求項1記載の軸用リップ・パッキン。
- 撓みジョイント(17b)が、軸方向封止リップ(11b)の内面側に対称軸線(5)の方に向いた窪みスロート(18b)を有し、かつ撓みジョイント(17c,17d)が、軸方向封止リップ(11c,11d)の外面側に配置された窪みスロート(18c,18d)を有している、請求項1記載の軸用リップ・パッキン。
- 窪みスロート(18b)が潤滑剤溜めとして設けられている、請求項2記載の軸用リップ・パッキン。
- 互いに相対運動する2つの構成部分間に装嵌されて圧力室を液密に仕切るための弾性材料から成る軸用リップ・パッキンであって、溝(3)内に装嵌された該パッキン(1a,1e)が少なくとも1つの第1の半径方向封止リップ(7,34,35)を有し、該半径方向封止リップには少なくとも1つの第2の軸方向封止リップ(11a,11e;40)が接続し、しかも少なくとも1つのシールエッジ(8,36,37)を有する前記半径方向封止リップ(7,34,35)が1つのばね手段によって支持されて、前記パッキン(1a,1e)の対称軸線(5)の方向に方位づけられて回転する1本の軸(19)に支持されており、前記軸方向封止リップ(11a,11e;40)が組付け位置において、少なくとも1つのシールエッジ(12,41)を介して、前記パッキン(1a,1e)の対称軸線(5)に対して半径方向に方位づけられた当接面(27,42)に支持されており、かつ前記パッキン(1a,11e)の半径方向区分内に埋込まれた補強材(6)が少なくとも片側で弾性的なパッキン材料によって囲まれている形式のものにおいて、次の構成手段(a〜d)すなわち:
(a)軸方向封止リップ(11a,11e;40)が、パッキン(1a,1e)の無応力の非組付け状態では、前記パッキンの対称軸線(5)に対して35゜以上の設定角度αをとって方位づけられており、
(b)半径方向封止リップ(7;34,35)のシールエッジ(8;36,37)を起点として前記軸方向封止リップ(11a,11e;40)が、前記パッキン(1a,1e)の非組付け状態において1.4mm以上の長さLにわたって延びており、
(c)組付け状態では前記軸方向封止リップ(11a,11e;40)が、0.05〜0.55mmの軸方向オーバーラップ値X 2 をもって所属の封止面もしくは当接面(27,42)に支持されており、
(d)前記パッキン(1a,1e)のパッキン材料の硬度が75以下のショア硬度Aを有しており、前記パッキン(1a,1e)の軸方向封止リップ(11a;40)のシールエッジ(12)が、ワッフル成形部(28)として形成された表面成形構造を有する当接面(27)に支持されていることを特徴とする、軸用リップ・パッキン。 - 軸方向封止リップ(11a)が、表面成形構造を有する端面(13)及び表面成形構造を有するシールエッジ(12)によって、表面成形構造を有する当接面(27)に支持されている、請求項6記載の軸用リップ・パッキン。
- 軸方向封止リップ(11a)が、表面成形構造を有する端面(13)又は表面成形構造を有するシールエッジ(12)によって、表面成形構造を有する当接面(27)に支持されている、請求項6記載の軸用リップ・パッキン。
- 軸方向封止リップ(11a)のシールエッジ(12)の端面が、PTFEコーティングを有している、請求項6記載の軸用リップ・パッキン。
- 軸方向封止リップ(11a)のシールエッジ(12)が、部分的に減摩性コーティングの施された当接面(27,42)に支持されている、請求項6記載の軸用リップ・パッキン。
- 軸方向封止リップ(11a)が内面側で、当接面(27)寄りに、もしくは対称軸線(5)の方に向いたスワールリブとして構成された表面成形構造(14)を有している、請求項6記載の軸用リップ・パッキン。
- パッキン(1a)の軸方向封止リップ(1a)が、回転する跳ね飛ばしスリーブ(23)と協働する、請求項6記載の軸用リップ・パッキン。
- 跳ね飛ばしスリーブ(23)が、回転する軸(19)に位置固定されている、請求項6記載の軸用リップ・パッキン。
- 半径方向封止リップ及び軸方向封止リップが、2つ又はそれ以上のシールエッジ(36,37)を有している、請求項6記載の軸用リップ・パッキン。
- パッキン(1a)の軸方向封止リップ(11a)が、パッキン(1a)の組付け位置においてリングギャップ幅(30)を維持した状態で当接面(27)にまで延びる突出リップ(29)を有している、請求項6記載の軸用リップ・パッキン。
- パッキンが緊締ばね手段として、半径方向封止リップ(34,35)を包囲する、半径方向予荷重のかけられたスリット付きのスナップリング(39)を有している、請求項6記載の軸用リップ・パッキン。
