Description
図1は、本発明が適用される電動圧縮機の例を示しており、図2〜図4は、その電動圧縮機に本発明を適用した場合の端子装置の端子部材部分の例を示している。図1において、1は電動圧縮機全体を示しており、該電動圧縮機1は、固定スクロール2と可動スクロール3からなるスクロール型の圧縮機構4を備えており、吸入室5から吸入された被圧縮流体(例えば、冷媒R134a)が圧縮機構4で圧縮された後、吐出室6に吐出される。可動スクロール3は、固定スクロール2に対して、クランク機構7を介して、圧縮機ハウジング8に内蔵された電動機9の回転軸10によって旋回駆動されるようになっている。電動機9は、ステータ11とロータ12から構成されており、回転軸10はロータ12と一体に回転される。被圧縮流体は、ポリアルキレングリコール系オイルからなる潤滑油を含有しており、この潤滑油含有被圧縮流体は、内蔵電動機9の収容部13にも通過されるようになっている。

Claims (9)
- 潤滑油含有被圧縮流体が存在する圧縮機構駆動用電動機収容部と該電動機への給電回路部との間に配置され該両側部位間を隔離する隔壁と、該隔壁を密封絶縁状態にて貫通して延びる前記電動機への給電用端子部材とを備えた電動圧縮機の端子装置において、前記端子部材の前記電動機収容部側端部に、前記電動機への給電用引き出し線の端部における通電線を直接接続するとともに、前記端子部材の前記電動機収容部側端部から前記給電用引き出し線の通電線の絶縁被覆チューブ間にわたって延びる絶縁カバーを設けたことを特徴とする電動圧縮機の端子装置。
- 前記絶縁カバーが、前記端子部材の前記電動機収容部側端部と前記絶縁被覆チューブとの両方に密着可能な絶縁カバーからなる、請求項1に記載の電動圧縮機の端子装置。
- 前記絶縁カバーがゴム系材料で形成されている、請求項1または2に記載の電動圧縮機の端子装置。
- 前記端子部材が、前記給電回路部側で固定可能なボルト状部材からなる、請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載の電動圧縮機の端子装置。
- 前記端子部材の前記両側部位間にわたる通電部が絶縁ワニスで覆われている、請求項1〜4のいずれかに記載の電動圧縮機の端子装置。
- 前記絶縁ワニスが電着ワニスからなる、請求項5に記載の電動圧縮機の端子装置。
- 前記潤滑油としてポリアルキレングリコール系オイルが用いられている、請求項1〜6のいずれかに記載の電動圧縮機の端子装置。
- 前記隔壁が圧縮機ハウジングからなる、請求項1〜7のいずれかに記載の電動圧縮機の端子装置。
- 前記電動圧縮機が車両用空調装置に用いられる圧縮機からなる、請求項1〜8のいずれかに記載の電動圧縮機の端子装置。
