Abstract

 潤滑油含有被圧縮流体が存在する圧縮機構駆動用電動機収容部と電動機への給電回路部との間の隔壁と、該隔壁を密封絶縁状態にて貫通して延びる電動機への給電用端子部材とを備え、端子部材の電動機収容部側端部に、電動機への給電用引き出し線の端部における通電線を直接接続するとともに、端子部材の電動機収容部側端部から給電用引き出し線の通電線の絶縁被覆チューブ間にわたって延びる絶縁カバーを設けたことを特徴とする電動圧縮機の端子装置。ポリアルキレングリコール系オイルを被圧縮流体含有潤滑油として用いた場合にも十分に高い絶縁性能を発揮可能で、かつ、クラスタを用いなくて済む簡素な構造としつつ高い絶縁性能を確保可能で安価に構成可能な電動圧縮機の端子装置を実現できる。
