Claims (1)
- ホイールハブ・固定式等速ジョイントユニットに用いられる等速ジョイントのジョイント外側部材であって、ホイールハブ(60,90)が、貫通開口(59,89)を備えており、該貫通開口(59,89)が、内側の軸歯列(54,84)を有しており、ホイールハブ(60,90)が、等速ジョイント(42,72)の当該ジョイント外側部材(46,76)に緊締されており、当該ジョイント外側部材(46,76)に、外側の軸歯列(54,84)を備えたピン(53,83)が一体成形されており、貫通開口(59,89)の内側の軸歯列(44,74)と、ピン(53,83)の外側の軸歯列(54,84)とが内外で係合しており、二列のホイール軸受け(43,73)が、ホイールハブ(60,90)に被せ嵌められており、該ホイールハブ(60,90)が、内側の軸受けレース(64,94)を有しており、該軸受けレース(64,94)に、当該ジョイント外側部材(46,76)の端面(52,82)が直接支持されている形式のものにおいて、
ピンベースにおけるピン直径D Z と、ピン長さL Z とから求められる比が、1.15よりも大きく、すなわち、D Z /L Z >1.15であり、当該ジョイント外側部材の中心MGとピン端部との間の間隔LGZと、ピン長さLZとから求められる比が、2.0よりも小さい、すなわち、LGZ/LZ<2.0であることを特徴とする、ホイールハブ・固定式等速ジョイントユニットに用いられる等速ジョイントのジョイント外側部材。
