BVは端面歯の半径方向の寸法、
DVは端面歯の中央歯直径、
DBは貫通開口の孔直径、
DGはねじ山直径、
MLGはジョイント中央平面(EG)に対する車輪支承装置の中央平面(EL)の間隔、
MLVは端面歯の中央平面(EV)に対する車輪支承装置の中央平面(EL)の間隔、
MGVはジョイント中央平面(EG)に対する端面歯の中央平面(EV)の間隔、
車輪支承装置13のピッチ円直径TKDは、ジョイント球セットのピッチ円直径PCDよりも明らかに大きい。さらに軸受外レース37は外側の球溝51でジョイント外部分22の最大直径よりも大きい直径上に位置している。全体として車輪支承装置13は全体として等速回転ジョイント12に対して大きい直径上に位置し、したがって車輪支承装置13を保持する車輪ハブ11のスリーブ区分14も大きい直径を有している。これによってスリーブ区分14は高い面慣性モーメントを有している。この高い慣性モーメントは装置全体の高いねじり強度と高い曲げ強度をもたらし、その結果、運転に際して発生する変形を減少させ、騒音特性に好適な作用をもたらすかもしくはより高いトルクの伝達を可能にする。本発明による車輪ハブ−回転ジョイント装置の好適な寸法比並びにその利点は既に上記の記述並びに請求項に記載されているのでこれを参照されたい。

Claims (13)
- 回転軸線(A)を有する車輪ハブ−回転ジョイント−装置であって、車輪を接続するための車輪フランジ(15)とスリーブ区分(14)とを備えた車輪ハブ(11);車輪ハブ(11)とは個別に構成され、スリーブ区分(14)に構成されかつ変形された鍔によって軸方向に緊締された支承内レース(34)を備えた、車輪ハブ(11)を回転可能に支承するための複列の車輪支承装置(13);ジョイント外部分(22)とジョイント内部分(23)とトルクを伝達する球(26)とを備え、ジョイント外部分(22)が車輪ハブ(11)に向いた端部に第1の端面歯(38)を有し、該端面歯(38)がトルクの伝達のためにスリーブ区分(14)の鍔(35)に設けられた第2の端面歯(39)に相対回動不能に係合している等速回転ジョイント(12);車輪ハブ(11)とジョイント外部分(22)とを軸方向に緊締するために一方では車輪ハブ(11)にかつ他方ではジョイント外部分(22)に軸方向で支えられた複数の緊締手段(17);を有し、車輪支承装置(13)の軸方向の長さBLと端面歯(38,39)の中央直径DVとの比が0.63よりも小さく、つまりBL/DV<0.63であることを特徴とする、車輪ハブ−回転ジョイント−装置。
- 車輪支承装置(13)がピッチ円直径TKD上に位置する支承球(32,33)を有し、ピッチ円直径TKDが等速回転ジョイント(12)のジョイント球セットのピッチ円直径PCDよりも大きい、請求項1記載の車輪ハブ−回転ジョイント−装置。
- 車輪支承装置(13)が外側の球溝(51)を有する支承外レース(37)を有し、外側の球溝(51)の最大直径がジョイント外部分(22)の最大直径よりも大きい、請求項1又は2記載の車輪ハブ−回転ジョイント−装置。
- 車輪支承装置(13)のピッチ円直径TKDと端面歯(38,39)の中央直径DVとの比が1.26よりも小さく、つまりTKD/DV<1.26である、請求項1から3までのいずれか1項記載の車輪ハブ−回転ジョイント−装置。
- 車輪支承装置(13)と端面歯(38,39)との間の中央間隔MLVと、車輪支承装置(13)の軸方向の長さBLとの比が0.67よりも小さく、つまりMLV/BL<0.67である、請求項1から4までのいずれか1項記載の車輪ハブ−回転ジョイント−装置。
- 端面歯(38,39)と等速回転ジョイント(12)との間の中央間隔MGVと、ジョイント球セットのピッチ円直径PCDとの比が0.74よりも小さく、つまりMGV/PCD<0.74である、請求項1から5までのいずれか1項記載の車輪ハブ−回転ジョイント−装置。
- 端面歯(38,39)の半径方向の寸法BVと端面歯(38,39)の中央直径DVとの比が0.22よりも小さく、つまりBV/DV<0.22である、請求項1から6までのいずれか1項記載の車輪ハブ−回転ジョイント−装置。
- スリーブ区分(14)が内径DBを有し、端面歯(38,39)の中央直径DVとスリーブ区分(14)の内径DBとの比が1.5よりも小さく、つまりDV/DB<1.5である、請求項1から7までのいずれか1項記載の車輪ハブ−回転ジョイント−装置。
- 緊締部材(17)が中実のピンとして構成され、該ピンがジョイント外部分(22)の中央開口(20)に軸方向に固定されている、請求項1から8までのいずれか1項記載の車輪ハブ−回転ジョイント−装置。
- 緊締部材(17)が中空ねじの形で構成され、該中空ねじがジョイント外部分(22)の中央開口(20)内に軸方向で固定されている、請求項1から8までのいずれか1項記載の車輪ハブ−回転ジョイント−装置。
- 端面歯(38,39)の中央直径DVと、中空軸とジョイント外部分(22)との間のねじ(21)の直径DGとの比が1.6よりも小さく、つまりDV/DG<1.6である、請求項10記載の車輪ハブ−回転ジョイント−装置。
- スリーブ区分(14)の貫通開口(16)の内径DBと、中空ねじとジョイント外部分(22)との間のねじ(21)の直径との比が1.2よりも小さく、つまりDB/DG<1.2である、請求項10又は11記載の車輪ボス−回転ジョイント−装置。
- ジョイント中心EGと支承装置中心ELとの間の間隔MLGと、ジョイント球セットのピッチ円直径PCDと車輪支承装置の長さBLとの和との比が0.7よりも小さく、つまり(MLG)/(PCD+BL)<0.7である、請求項1から12までのいずれか1項記載の車輪ハブ−回転ジョイント−装置。
