Claims (7)
- 車輪と共に回転するディスクと、
前記ディスクに当接して摩擦力を付与する制輪子と、
空気圧の変化によって変形し、前記制輪子に前記ディスクへの押圧力を印加するダイヤフラムと、
前記制輪子に対して垂直に、かつ並列に複数設けられ、前記ダイヤフラムの押圧力を前記制輪子に伝達するピストンと、
前記ピストンを前記制輪子に垂直に当接させるように前記ピストンを軸方向に摺動可能に保持するピストンガイドフレームと、
前記ピストンと前記ダイヤフラムとの間に設けられ、かつ前記ダイヤフラムに固定される複数の押圧プレートと、
を備え、
前記押圧プレートは、複数の前記ピストンからなるピストンユニットに前記ダイヤフラムの押圧力を伝達することを特徴とするキャリパブレーキ装置。 - 前記ピストンの前記押圧プレートと当接する側の端面は、球面形状に凸であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のキャリパブレーキ装置。
- 前記押圧プレートの前記ピストンと当接する面は、球面形状に凹であることを特徴とする請求項2に記載のキャリパブレーキ装置。
- 前記ピストンの端面の球形状の凸の半径は、前記押圧プレートの球形状の凹の半径より小さいことを特徴とする請求項3に記載のキャリパブレーキ装置。
- 前記ピストンユニットは三個の前記ピストンを有し、各々の前記ピストンは軸を平行にかつ三角形状に並べて配置することを特徴とする請求項1から4のいずれか一つに記載のキャリパブレーキ装置。
- 前記ピストンユニットのピストンの一つは、前記ディスクと前記制輪子とが接する面のディスク径方向の中央に配置されることを特徴とする請求項5に記載のキャリパブレーキ装置。
- 前記受圧プレートの前記ダイヤフラムと接する側の面の形状は、前記ピストンの頂点を結ぶ三角形の重心位置を通過し、かつ前記制輪子に対して垂直な直線上に中心点を持つ球形状であることを特徴とする請求項5又は6に記載のキャリパブレーキ装置。
