Claims (5)
- 車輪と共に回転するディスクを挟んで摩擦力を付与する車両用キャリパブレーキ装置であって、
前記ディスクに摺接して摩擦力を付与するライニングと当該ライニングの背部が取付けられるライニング背板とを有する制輪子と、
前記ライニング背板を支持し、ボルトを貫通させるための穴を有する支持板と、
車体に支持されるキャリパ本体と、
前記キャリパ本体に前記支持板を前記ディスクに対して進退可能に支持するアンカピンと、
前記制輪子を前記ディスクに押付けるアクチュエータとを備え、
前記アクチュエータは、
前記キャリパ本体に取付けられる弾性膜と、
前記弾性膜によって画成され制動時に流体圧力が供給される駆動圧力室と、
前記弾性膜と前記制輪子の間に介装され、前記支持板に形成された穴に対応するネジ穴を有するピストンと、
前記ボルトが前記支持板に形成された前記穴を貫通し前記ピストンに形成されたネジ穴に螺合することによって前記ピストンを前記支持板に締結する結合手段とを備え、
制動時に前記駆動圧力室に導かれる流体圧力により前記弾性膜が膨らんで前記ピストンが前記制輪子を前記ディスクに押付けることを特徴とするキャリパブレーキ装置。 - 前記キャリパ本体に前記支持板の両端部を支持する対の前記アンカピンを備え、
前記駆動圧力室を前記各アンカピンの間に配置したことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のキャリパブレーキ装置。 - 前記弾性膜は前記キャリパ本体と前記ピストンの間で拡縮するベローズ部を有し、
前記キャリパ本体は前記ベローズ部を囲んで筒面状に延びる収容壁を有したことを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載のキャリパブレーキ装置。 - 前記ピストンと前記支持板との間に断熱板が介装されることを特徴とする請求項1から3のいずれか一つに記載のキャリパブレーキ装置。
- 前記ピストンと前記断熱板の間に断熱空間が設けられることを特徴とする請求項4に記載のキャリパブレーキ装置。
