Claims (3)
- 車輪と共に回転するディスクを挟んで摩擦力を付与する車両用キャリパブレーキ装置であって、
車体に支持されるキャリパ本体と、
前記ディスクに摺接して摩擦力を付与する制輪子と、
前記制輪子を前記ディスクに押付けるアクチュエータと、を備え、
前記アクチュエータは、
前記キャリパ本体に取付けられる押圧弾性膜と、
前記押圧弾性膜によって画成され制動時に流体圧力が供給される駆動圧力室と、
前記押圧弾性膜と前記制輪子の間に介装されるピストンと、を備え、
制動時に前記駆動圧力室に導かれる流体圧力により前記押圧弾性膜が膨らんで前記ピストンが前記制輪子を前記ディスクに押付ける構成とし、
前記キャリパ本体と前記ピストンとの間に渡って介装され前記押圧弾性膜を保護する保護弾性膜を備え、
前記ピストンは互いに締結される第一、第二ピストン部材を備え、
前記保護弾性膜は前記第一、第二ピストン部材の間に挟持されるピストン側連結部を有することを特徴とするキャリパブレーキ装置。 - 前記押圧弾性膜と前記保護弾性膜との間に画成される保護圧力室を備えることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のキャリパブレーキ装置。
- 前記キャリパ本体は、
前記ピストンを収容する収容壁と、
前記収容壁の前記制輪子に対峙する内側開口縁部のまわりに延びる環状の内側取付座と、を有し、
前記保護弾性膜は前記内側取付座に締結されるキャリパ側連結部を有することを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載のキャリパブレーキ装置。
