Claims (7)
- 車輪と共に回転するディスクと、
このディスクを挟んで摩擦力を付与する左右の制輪子と、
車体に支持されるキャリパ本体と、
前記制輪子を前記ディスクに押し付けるアクチュエータとを備え、
このアクチュエータは、
前記キャリパ本体に取り付けられる弾性膜と、
この弾性膜によって画成される弾性膜室と、
前記弾性膜と前記制輪子の間に介装される押圧プレートとを備え、
制動時に前記弾性膜室に導かれる流体圧により前記弾性膜が膨らんでこの押圧プレートが前記制輪子を前記ディスクに押し付ける構成とし、
前記キャリパ本体に前記制輪子を前記ディスクに対して進退可能に支持する対のアンカピンを備え、
前記弾性膜室をこの各アンカピンの間に配置し、
前記アクチュエータを挟むように配置される対のアジャスタを備え、
このアジャスタは、
前記アンカピンを介して前記制輪子を前記ディスクから離す方向に付勢する戻しバネと、
制動解除時に制輪子とディスクの隙間を略一定に調整する隙間調整機構とを備え、
前記キャリパ本体は前記弾性膜の拡縮するベローズ部を囲んで筒面状に延びるシリンダ側壁を有し、
このシリンダ側壁は、
前記ライニングに沿って湾曲して延びる一方の湾曲壁部と、
この湾曲壁部と対向しかつ湾曲して延びる他方の湾曲壁部と、
この各湾曲壁部を結んで円弧状に延びる上下の円弧状壁部とを有し、
前記各湾曲壁部と前記上下の円弧状壁部とがそれぞれ前記弾性膜室の外側に膨らむ凸状に形成されたことを特徴とする車両用キャリパブレーキ装置。 - 前記キャリパ本体は前記弾性膜の周縁部が取り付けられる環状の取付座を有し、
前記取付座との間に前記弾性膜の周縁部を挟持するカバーを備え、
このカバーと前記弾性膜との間に前記弾性膜室を画成したことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の車両用キャリパブレーキ装置。 - 前記弾性膜は前記制輪子に対峙する押圧部を有し、
この押圧部に取り付けられる補強プレートを備えたことを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の車両用キャリパブレーキ装置。 - 前記押圧プレートと前記制輪子の間、または前記押圧プレートと前記弾性膜の間に断熱プレートを介装したことを特徴とする請求項1から3のいずれか一つに記載の車両用キャリパブレーキ装置。
- 前記各アンカピンに結合され前記制輪子を支持する案内板を備えたことを特徴とする請求項1から4のいずれか一つに記載の車両用キャリパブレーキ装置。
- 前記制輪子の両端部を前記各アンカピンに結合したことを特徴とする請求項1から4のいずれか一つに記載の車両用キャリパブレーキ装置。
- 前記押圧プレートに前記制輪子に対峙して開口する溝を備えたことを特徴とする請求項1から6のいずれか一つに記載の車両用キャリパブレーキ装置。
