Claims (10)
- 車輪とともに回転するディスクを挟んで摩擦力を付与するキャリパブレーキ装置であって、
車体に支持されるキャリパ本体と、
前記キャリパ本体に対して進退し、前記ディスクに摺接して摩擦力を付与可能な制輪子と、
前記制輪子を支持するガイドプレートと、
前記ガイドプレートを前記キャリパ本体に進退自在に支持するアンカピンと、
前記キャリパ本体に対して進退し、前記ガイドプレートを介して前記制輪子を押圧可能なピストンと、
前記ピストンの背面に当接するとともに前記キャリパ本体内に圧力室を画成し、当該圧力室内の作動流体の圧力によって弾性変形して前記ピストンを移動させる弾性膜と、
前記ピストンを前記アンカピンに摺動自在に支持するピストンプレートと、を備え、
前記ピストンは、前記ガイドプレートに向かって先端部が突出するように設けられる複数の小ピストンを有することを特徴とするキャリパブレーキ装置。 - 前記ピストンは、前記ピストンプレートに支持されるピストン本体を有し、
前記小ピストンは、前記ピストン本体に基端部が埋め込まれて固定されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のキャリパブレーキ装置。 - 前記小ピストンは、前記制輪子から前記弾性膜への伝熱を抑制する断熱部材であることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載のキャリパブレーキ装置。
- 前記ピストンプレートは、前記アンカピンが挿入される摺動孔を有し、当該アンカピンの軸方向に摺動して、前記ガイドプレートに対して平行移動することを特徴とする請求項1から3のいずれか一つに記載のキャリパブレーキ装置。
- 前記アンカピンは、前記制輪子の両端を支持するように一対設けられ、
前記摺動孔は、前記ピストンプレートの両端に一対設けられ、各々に前記アンカピンが挿入されることを特徴とする請求項4に記載のキャリパブレーキ装置。 - 前記ピストンプレートは、前記ピストンと一体に形成されることを特徴とする請求項1から5のいずれか一つに記載のキャリパブレーキ装置。
- 前記ピストンが前記制輪子を押圧する制動状態にて、前記ガイドプレートと前記ピストンプレートとの間には隙間が形成されることを特徴とする請求項1から6のいずれか一つに記載のキャリパブレーキ装置。
- 前記隙間には、制動解除時に前記ガイドプレートから前記ピストンプレートを離間させるように付勢する付勢部材が設けられることを特徴とする請求項7に記載のキャリパブレーキ装置。
- 制動解除時に前記ガイドプレートを介して前記制輪子を押し戻し、前記制輪子を前記ディスクから離間させる戻しばねを更に備え、
前記付勢部材の付勢力は、前記戻しばねの付勢力と比較して小さく設定されることを特徴とする請求項8に記載のキャリパブレーキ装置。 - 前記付勢部材は、前記アンカピンの外周形状に対応して環状に形成され当該アンカピンの外周に嵌められる皿ばねであることを特徴とする請求項8又は9に記載のキャリパブレーキ装置。
