Claims (6)
- 各々固体電解質体よりなる第1セル、第2セル及び第3セルを有するセンサ素子を備え、ガス室内に導入した被検出ガス中の酸素量を前記第1セルで所定濃度レベルに調整する一方、前記第1セルでの酸素量調整後のガスから前記第2セルで残留酸素の濃度を検出するとともに同じく前記第1セルでの酸素量調整後のガスから前記第3セルで特定成分の濃度を検出するガスセンサに適用されるガスセンサ制御装置において、
前記第2セルに接続され、計測電流を電流電圧変換部にて電圧に変換して第2セル電流計測値として出力する第2セル回路と、
前記第3セルに接続され、計測電流を電流電圧変換部にて電圧に変換して第3セル電流計測値として出力する第3セル回路と、
を備え、
前記第2セル回路から出力される第2セル電流計測値に基づき設定される調整電流を、前記第3セル回路における前記電流電圧変換部のセンサ側端子に接続された分岐経路を通じて流し、該第3セル回路において、前記第3セル電流から前記調整電流を差し引いた電流を前記電流電圧変換部に流す構成としたことを特徴とするガスセンサ制御装置。 - 前記第2セル回路の出力部に接続され、当該第2セル回路の出力に応じて前記調整電流を可変とするとともに、前記第3セル回路側から電流を吸い出す向きに前記調整電流を流す電流調整回路を備える請求項1に記載のガスセンサ制御装置。
- 前記電流調整回路は、前記第2セル回路で計測された第2セル電流と同量の電流を前記調整電流として流すものである請求項2に記載のガスセンサ制御装置。
- 前記電流調整回路は、前記第2セルでの前記残留酸素に対する電流感度と、前記第3セルでの前記残留酸素に対する電流感度との差を調整するものである請求項2又は3に記載のガスセンサ制御装置。
- 前記電流調整回路は、一方の入力端子に前記第2セル電流計測値が入力されるとともに、他方の入力端子に基準電圧が入力される差動増幅回路を備え、該差動増幅回路の出力端子に前記分岐経路が接続されている請求項2乃至4のいずれか一項に記載のガスセンサ制御装置。
- 前記第3セル回路から出力される第3セル電流計測値をAD変換器に入力し、同AD変換器にて変換したデジタル値に基づいて前記特定成分の濃度を算出する請求項1乃至5のいずれか一項に記載のガスセンサ制御装置。
