硝酸ビスマス水溶液(Bi 11.2質量%;遊離硝酸3〜5質量%;材料密度1.22〜127g/ml)775kg中に25℃で少しずつタングステン酸(W 72.94質量%)209.3kgを撹拌混入した。生じた水性混合物を、引き続き更に25℃で2h撹拌し、引き続き噴霧乾燥させた。
水600l中に60℃で撹拌しながら七モリブデン酸アンモニウム四水和物(MoO3 81.5質量%)213kgを溶かし、生じた溶液を60℃に維持しかつ撹拌しながら20℃の水酸化カリウム水溶液(KOH 46.8質量%)0.97kgを添加することにより、溶液Aを製造した。
出発材料1を、出発材料2と化学量論
[Bi2W2O9・2WO3]0.5[MO12Co5.5Fe2.95Si1.59K0.08Ox]1
の複合金属酸化物活性材料のために必要な量で、カッターヘッドを備えたミキサー中で均質に混合した。前記の全材料に対して、更にTimcal AG (San Antonio, US)社のタイプTIMREX P44の微細粒の黒鉛(篩い分け分析:少なくとも50質量%が<24μm、最大で10質量%が≧24μm及び≦48μm、最大で5質量%が>48μm、BET表面積:6〜13m3/g)1質量%を均質に混入した。生じた混合物を、次いで凹状の溝付き仕上ロールを備えたHosokawa Bepex GmbH社(D-74211 Leingarten)のタイプKompaktor K200/100の圧縮機中に通した(間隙幅:2.8mm、スクリーン幅:1.0mm、スクリーン幅アンダーサイズ:400μm、設定圧縮力:60kN、予スクリュー回転数:65〜70rpm)。生じた圧縮物は、10Nの硬度を有し、400μm〜1mmのほぼ均一な粒子を有する。

1. 試験装置
反応管(V2A鋼;外径21mm、壁厚3mm、内径15mm、長さ100cm)を上から下への流動方向で次のように充填した:

A)及びB)で製造されたリング状の非担持触媒の触媒充填物
前記反応管の熱処理を、窒素を通気した塩浴を用いて行った。
記載されたそれぞれ新たに製造した試験装置に、それぞれ連続的に次の組成:
プロペン 5体積%
酸素 10体積%及び
N2 100体積%までの残りの量
の供給ガス混合物(空気、ポリマーグレードのプロピレン及び窒素からなる混合物)を送り、その際、反応管の負荷及びサーモスタット制御を、プロペン転化率U(mol%)が、反応管を供給ガス混合物が1回通過する際に連続的に約95mol%となるように行った。

- Y1=Biであることを特徴とする、請求項1から13又は16のいずれか1項記載の方法。
- リング状の非担持触媒前駆成形体の熱処理を、温度が350℃を上回りかつ前記温度が550℃を上回らない温度で実施することを特徴とする、請求項1から17までのいずれか1項記載の方法。
- 熱処理をベルト式焼成装置で実施することを特徴とする、請求項1から18までのいずれか1項記載の方法。
- タブレット成形に供した前記混合物の粒度が少なくとも80質量%、200μm〜1.5mmであることを特徴とする、請求項1から19までのいずれか1項に記載の方法。
