Claims (1)
- 光源から発生された光を、コリメータレンズにより平行光線化して格子に照射するようにされた光学式エンコーダにおいて、
前記光源と前記コリメータレンズの間に迷光防止用のアパーチャが設けられ、
該アパーチャの一部が、前記光源から発生された光の平行度を緩和するための拡散手段とされていることを特徴とする光学式エンコーダ。
