Description
前記移動指示出力手段が出力した前記開閉体の移動指示に基づいて、電動機を駆動し、前記開閉体を移動させる駆動手段と、
前記電動機により前記開閉体が移動されている時に、当該開閉体による異物の挟み込みが生じたかどうかを、その時点で設定されている感度を基準にして判定する挟み込み判定手段と、
前記挟み込み判定手段が前記開閉体による異物の挟み込みが生じたと判定したときに、前記電動機の駆動停止、または反転駆動を、前記駆動手段に指示する駆動制限手段と、
所定時間内に、前記操作スイッチが所定回数以上繰り返し操作されたときに、前記判定手段における、前記開閉体による異物の挟み込みが生じたと判定する感度を引き上げる感度変更手段と、を備えている。
前記挟み込み判定手段は、前記電動機の負荷変動量が、その時点で設定されている前記電動機の負荷変動量の感度を超えているかどうかにより、前記開閉体による異物の挟み込みが生じたかどうかを判定する手段である。
(1)操作スイッチ5aが所定時間以上操作されなかったときに、閾値Cをいたずら値から、通常値に戻す。
(2)閾値Cをいたずら値に設定してから、所定時間経過後に、閾値Cをいたずら値から、通常値に戻す。
(3)窓100が全開、または全閉されてから、所定時間経過後に、閾値Cをいたずら値から、通常値に戻す。
図18に示すように、モータ108の負荷変動量を算出するときに、通常時には、その時点の負荷と、通常時間(X1)前の負荷との差分とし、幼児がいたずらしていると判定した、いたずら時には、その時点の負荷と、通常時間(X1)よりも長い、いたずら時間(X2)前の負荷との差分とする。図18(A)は、時間軸に対する、エンコーダ108aの出力信号をパルス検出部4で波形成形したパルス信号の周波数を示し、図18(B)は、図18(A)に示す周波数変動に対して検出される負荷の変動量を示す図である。このように構成しても、感度を引き上げ、幼児のいたずらに対する安全性が確保できるとともに、本体のコストアップが抑えられる。また、利便性も確保できる。この場合には、図3に示すs1を、通常時間X1に設定する処理に変更し、図7に示すs56をいたずら時間X2に設定する処理に変更すればよい。

Claims (3)
- 操作スイッチの操作に応じた開閉体の移動指示を出力する移動指示出力手段と、
前記移動指示出力手段が出力した前記開閉体の移動指示に基づいて、電動機を駆動し、前記開閉体を移動させる駆動手段と、
前記電動機により前記開閉体が移動されている時に、当該開閉体による異物の挟み込みが生じたかどうかを、その時点で設定されている感度を基準にして判定する挟み込み判定手段と、
前記挟み込み判定手段が前記開閉体による異物の挟み込みが生じたと判定したときに、前記電動機の駆動停止、または反転駆動を、前記駆動手段に指示する駆動制限手段と、
所定時間内に、前記操作スイッチが所定回数以上繰り返し操作されたときに、前記判定手段における、前記開閉体による異物の挟み込みが生じたと判定する感度を引き上げる感度変更手段と、を備えた開閉体制御装置。 - 前記感度変更手段は、前記開閉体による異物の挟み込みが生じたかどうかの判定に用いる、前記電動機の負荷変動量の感度を変更する手段であり、
前記挟み込み判定手段は、前記電動機の負荷変動量が、その時点で設定されている前記電動機の負荷変動量の感度を超えているかどうかにより、前記開閉体による異物の挟み込みが生じたかどうかを判定する手段である、請求項1に記載の開閉体制御装置。 - 所定時間内に、前記操作スイッチが所定回数以上繰り返し操作されたときに、その旨を報知する報知手段を備えた請求項1、または2に記載の開閉体制御装置。
