Claims (18)
- 工具本体(2)の凹所(21)に固定でき調節要素(32)により位置を調整できる少なくとも1個の切削インサート(4)でワークを加工するためのフライス(1)において、調節要素(32)が、ねじ頭部(32a)と、ねじ付き軸部(32c)と、ねじ頭部(32a)とねじ付き軸部(32c)との間を延び切削インサート(4)の側面(41)に設けられた円錐状削設凹所(40)と協働する調節テーパ部(32b)とから成る一体構造の調節要素として形成されていることを特徴とするフライス。
- 切削インサート(4)用凹所(21)に対して間隔を隔てられた調節孔(35)が、調節要素(32)のねじ付き軸部(32c)に対応した雌ねじと、調節要素(32)のねじ頭部(32a)が案内される円筒状開口部位(36)を備えていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のフライス。
- 調節孔(35)の孔軸線(37)が、切削インサート(4)における締付けねじ孔(25)の孔軸線(38)に対して傾斜されていることを特徴とする請求項2に記載のフライス。
- 調節孔(35)の孔軸線(37)の傾斜角(α)が、α>0°かつα<40°であることを特徴とする請求項3に記載のフライス。
- 前記傾斜角(α)が、α=(20±10)°であることを特徴とする請求項4に記載のフライス。
- 調節要素(32)が、調節テーパ部(32b)とねじ付き軸部(32c)との間にくびれ軸部(32d)を有していることを特徴とする請求項1ないし5のいずれか1つに記載のフライス。
- 切削インサート(4)が、締付けねじ(23)用貫通開口(24)の部位に、長手スリット(29)を有していることを特徴とする請求項1ないし6のいずれか1つに記載のフライス。
- 工具本体(2)の凹所(21)に切削インサート(4)を固定するために、テーパ付き締付けねじ(23)が利用されていることを特徴とする請求項1ないし7のいずれか1つに記載のフライス。
- 切削インサート(4)の、該切削インサート(4)により保持された切刃(20)の部位に、チップ溝(7)が一体形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1ないし8のいずれか1つに記載のフライス。
- 切削インサート(4)を受けるためのダブテール状凹所(21)が工具本体(2)に設けられていることを特徴とする請求項1ないし9のいずれか1つに記載のフライス。
- 切削インサート(4)がダブテール状凹所(21)に合わされた外側輪郭を有し、該外側輪郭が面取りされた挿入縁(22)を備えていることを特徴とする請求項1ないし10のいずれか1つに記載のフライス。
- 組立状態において1個の切削インサート(4)が、工具本体(2)の作業表面(12)で、他のすべての切削インサート(4)に比べて高められていることを特徴とする請求項1ないし10のいずれか1つに記載のフライス。
- 工具本体(2)が締付け面(13)付きの中央貫通開口(8)を有し、皿状取付けボルト(10)がそのボルト頭部(15)の下側面(14)で前記締付け面(13)に、ボルト頭部(15)と中央貫通開口(8)との間に環状冷却材通路(16)を形成した状態で接し、該冷却材通路(16)が、中央貫通開口(8)の開口縁(11)と該開口縁(11)を覆うボルト頭部頂部フランジ(9)との間に形成された冷却隙間(19)につながっていることを特徴とする請求項1ないし12のいずれか1つに記載のフライス。
- 工具本体(2)が、本体保持体(2a)と、該本体保持体(2a)上に被せられ切削インサート(4)が固定できる支持リング(2b)を有していることを特徴とすることを特徴とする請求項1ないし13のいずれか1つに記載のフライス。
- 支持リング(2b)が本体保持体(2a)上に焼き嵌められていることを特徴とする請求項14に記載のフライス。
- 支持リング(2b)が本体保持体(2a)にねじ止めされていることを特徴とする請求項14又は15に記載のフライス。
- 本体保持体(2a)がアルミニウムから成っていることを特徴とする請求項14ないし16のいずれか1つに記載のフライス。
- 支持リング(2b)が鋼製リングであることを特徴とする請求項14ないし17のいずれか1つに記載のフライス。
