发明内容
本发明的目的是,提供一种开头所述类型的结构特别简单的铣刀。其中特别是应该以尽可能简单的方式使刀头可靠地移动或调整。

Claims (17)

1.用于加工工件的铣刀(1),具有至少一个可固定在刀体(2)的凹槽(21)内的并可借助于调整元件(32)调整的刀头(4),其特征为:一单件式的调整元件(32)具有分布在螺钉头(32a)和螺纹杆(32c)之间的调整锥体(32b),此调整锥体与在刀头(4)的侧面(41)上加工出来的圆锥形凹坑(40)共同作用。
2.按权利要求1的铣刀,其特征为:一与用于刀头(4)的凹槽(21)离开一定距离的调整孔(35)具有一与调整元件(32)的螺纹杆(32c)相配的内螺纹和一圆柱形的孔区(36),调整元件(32)的螺钉头(32a)在该孔区内引导。
3.按权利要求2的铣刀,其特征为:调整孔(35)的孔轴线(37)相对于用于刀头(4)的夹紧螺钉孔(25)的孔轴线(38)倾斜布置。
4.按权利要求3的铣刀,其特征为:调整孔(35)的孔轴线(37)的倾斜位置(α)在α>0°至α<40°之间,适宜于α=(20±10°),尤其是α=12°。
5.按权利要求1至4之任一项的铣刀,其特征为:调整元件(32)在调整锥体(32b)和螺纹杆(32c)之间具有一减小的杆段(32d)。
6.按权利要求1至5之任一项的铣刀,其特征为:刀头(4)在用于夹紧螺钉(23)的通孔(24)区域内具有一纵向槽(29)。
7.按权利要求1至6之任一项的铣刀,其特征为:一圆锥形的夹紧螺钉(23)用于将刀头(4)固定在刀体(2)上的凹槽(21)内。
8.按权利要求1至7之任一项的铣刀,其特征为:在刀头(4)上在由该刀头固定的刀刃(20)的区域内集成一个排屑槽(7)。
9.按权利要求1至8之任一项的铣刀,其特征为:一在刀体(2)上的燕尾形凹槽(21)用于安装刀头(4)。
10.按权利要求9的铣刀,其特征为:刀头(4)具有与燕尾形凹槽(21)匹配的带有倒圆的镶装棱边(22)的外形轮廓。
11.按权利要求1至9之任一项的铣刀,其特征为:一刀头(4)在安装状态下关于刀体(2)的工作面(12)相对于其他各刀头(4)抬高。
12.按权利要求1至11之任一项的铣刀,其特征为:刀体(2)具有一带一夹紧面(13)的中央通孔(8),一盘形固定螺钉(10)以螺钉颈部(15)相应的凸缘轮廓(14)贴合在此夹紧面上,形成一环形的冷却剂通道(16),该冷却剂通道通入在通孔(10)的孔边缘(11)和与该通孔搭接的螺钉凸缘(9)之间形成的冷却缝隙(19)内。
13.按权利要求1至12之任一项的铣刀,其特征为:刀体(2)包括一基体座(2a)和一装在该基体座上的支承环(2b),刀头(4)可固定在该支承环上。
14.按权利要求13的铣刀,其特征为:支承环(2b)热压配合在基体座(2a)上。
15.按权利要求13或14的铣刀,其特征为:支承环(2b)与基体座(2a)螺纹连接。
16.按权利要求13至15之任一项的铣刀,其特征为:基体座(2a)由铝制成。
17.按权利要求13至16之任一项的铣刀,其特征为:支承环(2b)是一钢环。
