Description
例えば、特開昭57−157866号公報は、弁体の外周縁に櫛歯状突起を設け、この突起で流体をジェット流に変えて弁体の下流側に発生するキャビテーションを抑制しようとする方法である。また、実開昭62−6568号公報は、弁体の両側外周部に帯部材を設け、これらの帯部材に多数の小孔群を形成して乱流を整流化しようとする方法であり、特公平5−78713号または実開平5−8139号公報は、弁体の二次側に整流板を取付けてキャビテーションを防止しようとする手段である。更に、実用新案登録第2589805号公報は、偏心形弁体の一片側に翼体を設け、この翼体に多数の小孔を設けてキャビテーションを抑制しようとするバタフライ弁であり、実公平7−43553号公報は、弁体の両側の周状突縁にそれぞれ小通孔を形成してキャビテーションを抑制しようとするバタフライ弁である。特開平7−208615号公報も弁体の両側の翼体にそれぞれ小孔を形成してキャビテーションを抑制しようとする弁である。
図5、図6において、本例のバタフライバルブは、筒状の弁箱1の内周に、焼付け手段でNBRやEPDM等のゴム製の弾性シートリング2を装着し、このシートリング2内に円板状の弁体3を回転自在に設けて弁体3を開閉させるように構成している。
図5において、弁体3が全閉状態(弁開度0%)のとき、水等の液体(流体)が矢印に示す右側より流入すると、弁体3の弁閉止部3a,3bがゴム製のシートリング2に押圧密接して全閉状態を保持している。
図17は、本発明における弁体23の更に他例を示したものであり、スリット24,25,26を設け、連通穴27,28,29を設けている。この他例も、上記の各実施例と
略同様の作用効果を発揮することは勿論である。
なお、本発明における各例のバタフライバルブの上流側にストレーナを配置してバルブシステムとして用いることにより、ストレーナで異物が除去された後の液体を本発明のバタフライバルブに導くことができ、連通部13や流入部14,15が目詰まりすることなく、精度の高い流量制御を継続することができる。

Claims (1)
- 筒状弁箱に装着した弾性シートリング内を円板状弁体の回転で開閉するバタフライバルブにおいて、前記弁体のオリフィス側とノズル側の外周縁にタイトシャット用の弁閉止部を形成し、オリフィス側の前記弁閉止部の下流側に向け、かつ、ノズル側の前記弁閉止部の上流側に向けて前記弾性シートリングに押圧接触する押圧弁部をそれぞれ形成し、前記押圧弁部の径を前記弁閉止部の径よりも小さく形成すると共に、オリフィス側の押圧弁部と弁閉止部との間に空隙部を形成し、この空隙部内の二次側の内壁を抵抗板としての機能を発揮させて当該空隙部を圧力室とし、前記内壁に連通穴を設けて前記空隙部内から下流側に向けて連通させ、前記連通穴の開口面積の総和は、前記空隙部の弁体外周部における開口面積と同等以上とすることにより、オリフィス側の押圧弁部が弾性シートリングに押圧接触し、かつ、弁閉止部が微開度域の状態において、空隙部に流入した流体を極度に絞ることなく効率的に二次側へ導くようにしたことを特徴とするバタフライバルブ。
