Description
a)固定子が合計3つ又は6つのスロットを有し、スロット間に各1つの歯が形成されており、
b)スロット内に合計3つの歯巻回コイルが配置されており、各歯巻回コイルが3つの巻線相の1つに付設されており、
c)4又は5の有効極対数が設けられており、
d)回転子が、周面に均一に配設される永久磁石の2倍の有効極対数を備えている。
bN=(D×π)/p0 (1)
であり、式中Dは固定子2の内側円筒形境界面の直径、p0はコギングを最初に抑制せねばならない極対数である。式(1)を応用し、スロット溝幅bNを弧長として得られる。同様に、円周D×πに代えて、全円周に相応して360°の円周角を明示した式が可能である。その場合に得られるスロット溝幅bNは、円周角切片として角度で明示される。
Claims (9)
- 永久磁石同期機であって、回転子(3)と固定子(2)とを有し、この固定子が、歯巻回コイル(9)で構成される3相巻線系(8)を含み、
a)固定子(2)が合計3つ又は6つのスロット(5)を有し、スロットの間に各1つの歯(6、7)が形成されており、
b)スロット(5)内に合計3つの歯巻回コイル(9)が配置されており、各歯巻回コイルが3つの巻線相の1つに付設されており、
c)4又は5の有効極対数(pN)が設けられており、
d)回転子(3)が、周面に均一に配設される永久磁石(18)の2倍の有効極対数(pN)を備えており、更に
e)スロット(5)が、電気絶縁性および非磁性の材料からなるスロット閉鎖要素(14)で閉鎖されていて、該スロット閉鎖要素(14)が溝付き管(15)として構成されている
ことを特徴とする永久磁石同期機。 - 固定子(2)が合計6つのスロット(5)を有し、3つのうちの単一の歯巻回コイル(9)の巻線のみが各スロット(5)内に配置されており、巻回歯(6)と非巻回歯(7)が周方向で交互していることを特徴とする請求項1記載の永久磁石同期機。
- 巻回歯(6)の歯幅(bZ)が、0.75×bM<bZ<1.25×bMに従って寸法設計されており、式中、bZは巻回歯(6)の歯幅、bMは永久磁石(18)の磁石幅であることを特徴とする請求項1又は2記載の永久磁石同期機。
- 歯巻回コイル(9)が、予め仕上げられる成形コイルとして形成されたことを特徴とする請求項1から3の1つに記載の永久磁石同期機。
- 歯巻回コイル(9)が複数の部分巻線からなる各1つの巻線を含み、各巻線は隣接する部分巻線が動作時に相互に僅かに異なる電位となるように構成されたことを特徴とする請求項1から4の1つに記載の永久磁石同期機。
- スロット(5)が、回転子(3)に向き合う開放構成された各1つの側(12)を有することを特徴とする請求項1から5の1つに記載の永久磁石同期機。
- スロット(5)が、回転子(3)から離れるように延びて互いに平行に配置される各2つの側壁(10、11)を有することを特徴とする請求項1から6の1つに記載の永久磁石同期機。
- 回転子(3)上に永久磁石(18)の極ピッチ(τP)の80%の極被覆(x)が設けられたことを特徴とする請求項1から7の1つに記載の永久磁石同期機。
- 固定子(2)が周面を備えて回転子(3)に向き合う円筒形境界面を有し、スロット(5)が各1つのスロット溝幅(bN)を有し、該スロット溝幅が、3倍の有効極対数(pN)によって分割された周面に等しいことを特徴とする請求項1から8の1つに記載の永久磁石同期機。
