Claims (3)
- 射出圧縮成形により固定金型と可動金型の間に形成される容積および厚さが可変のキャビティ内で導光板の成形を行う導光板の射出圧縮成形金型において、
可動金型には、固定金型と対向する当接面を有するとともに該当接面の内周側の部分に導光板のツメ部を形成するツメ部形成部と側面を形成する部分を有する可動枠部が導光板の有効面を形成するコア部の周囲に該コア部に対して型開閉方向に相対的に移動可能に設けられ、
前記コア部に対して可動枠部が可動金型の金型本体部の方向に相対的に移動させることによりキャビティ内の溶融樹脂を圧縮するとともに、
前記可動枠部全体を前記コア部に対して固定金型の方向に相対的に移動させることにより、
導光板におけるツメ部、またはツメ部と有効面との境界部分に対して力を及ぼし導光板の有効面の離型を行うことを特徴とする導光板の射出圧縮成形金型。 - 導光板におけるツメ部、またはツメ部と有効面との境界部分に対して金型から気体を噴出させることを併用して離型を行うことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の導光板の射出圧縮成形金型。
- 射出圧縮成形により固定金型と可動金型の間に形成される容積および厚さが可変のキャビティ内で導光板の成形を行う導光板の射出圧縮成形方法において、
可動金型には、固定金型と対向する当接面を有するとともに該当接面の内周側の部分に導光板のツメ部を形成するツメ部形成部と側面を形成する部分を有する可動枠部が導光板の有効面を形成するコア部の周囲に該コア部に対して型開閉方向に相対的に移動可能に設けられ、
前記コア部に対して可動枠部が可動金型の金型本体部の方向に相対的に移動させることによりキャビティ内の溶融樹脂を圧縮するとともに、
前記コア部に対して前記可動枠部全体を固定金型の方向に相対的に移動させることにより、
導光板におけるツメ部、またはツメ部と有効面との境界部分に対して力を及ぼし導光板の有効面の離型を行うことを特徴とする導光板の射出圧縮成形方法。
