Abstract
【解決手段】 射出成形により固定金型13と可動金型12の間に形成されるキャビティ14内で導光板Pの成形を行う導光板Pの成形金型11において、導光板Pにおける有効面以外の部分P4b,P5、または有効面以外の部分P4b,P5と有効面P4aとの境界部分P6に対して力C2,Fを及ぼし導光板Pの離型を行う。

Claims (6)
- 射出成形により固定金型と可動金型の間に形成されるキャビティ内で導光板の成形を行う導光板の成形金型において、
導光板における有効面以外の部分、または有効面以外の部分と有効面との境界部分に対して力を及ぼし導光板の離型を行うことを特徴とする導光板の成形金型。 - 導光板における有効面以外の部分、または有効面以外の部分と有効面との境界部分を成形する部材を有効面を成形する部材と相対的に移動させて力を及ぼすことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の導光板の成形金型。
- 導光板における有効面以外の部分、または有効面以外の部分と有効面との境界部分に対して金型から気体を噴出させることを特徴とする請求項1または請求項2に記載の導光板の成形金型。
- 射出成形により固定金型と可動金型の間に形成されるキャビティ内で導光板の成形を行う導光板の成形方法において、
導光板における有効面以外の部分、または有効面以外の部分と有効面との境界部分に対して力を及ぼし導光板の離型を行うことを特徴とする導光板の成形方法。 - 導光板における有効面以外の部分、または有効面以外の部分と有効面との境界部分を成形する部材を有効面を成形する部材と相対的に移動させて力を及ぼすことを特徴とする請求項4に記載の導光板の成形方法。
- 導光板における有効面以外の部分、または有効面以外の部分と有効面との境界部分に対して金型から気体を噴出させることを特徴とする請求項4または請求項5に記載の導光板の成形方法。
