Description
図1は、ステータ及びロータ軸を備えた電動モータの断面図であり、この場合にロータ軸の一方の端部に1つの磁石構成ユニットを配置(装着)してあり、該磁石構成ユニットはロータ軸の角度位置の決定のための位置検出装置の構成部分として用いられており、
図2は、ロータ軸の端部及び該端部に装着された磁石構成ユニットの断面図であり、磁石構成ユニットは磁石ホルダー及び磁石部材から成っており、磁石部材に対向してセンサーを配置してある。
Claims (12)
- 軸に取り付けるための磁石構成ユニットであって、軸(4)に取り付けるためのプラスチック製の磁石ホルダー(8)及び磁石部材(9)を備えている形式のものにおいて、磁石ホルダー(8)と磁石部材(9)とは互いに個別の構成部分として形成されており、磁石部材(9)は磁石ホルダー(8)のプラスチック内に射出成形されており、磁石ホルダー(8)は軸(4)に結合されており、磁石ホルダー(8)は円筒形の切欠き部を有していて、該円筒形の切欠き部でもって軸(4)上に被せ嵌められており、磁石ホルダー(8)の円筒形の切欠き部の内周面(11)にばね部材(10)を配置してあり、該ばね部材(10)は軸(4)の軸線方向に対して垂直方向にばね力を生ぜしめるようになっていることを特徴とする、軸に取り付けるための磁石構成ユニット。
- 磁石ホルダー(8)は軸(4)の端面(13)の領域に配置されており、磁石部材(9)は、軸(4)の端面(3)の直前に保持されている請求項1に記載の磁石構成ユニット。
- 磁石部材(9)はプレート状に形成されている請求項2に記載の磁石構成ユニット。
- 磁石部材(9)は、半径方向で軸(4)の直径を越えて延びている請求項1から3のいずれか1項に記載の磁石構成ユニット。
- 磁石ホルダー(8)は、金型を用いて射出成形法により成形されたプラスチック射出成形部材として形成されており、磁石部材(9)は磁石ホルダー(8)内に相対回動不能に受容されている請求項1から4のいずれか1項に記載の磁石構成ユニット。
- 磁石ホルダー(8)は円筒状に形成されている請求項1に記載の磁石構成ユニット。
- ばね部材は、互いに異なる熱膨張の補償のための補償リング(10)として形成されている請求項1から6のいずれか1項に記載の磁石構成ユニット。
- ばね部材(10)は、磁石ホルダー(8)の円筒形の切欠き部の内周面(11)の装着溝(12)内に装着されている請求項1から7のいずれか1項に記載の磁石構成ユニット。
- ロータ軸(4)の端部に固定された磁石構成ユニット(5)は、電動モータ(1)のケーシング(2)から部分的に突出しており、磁石部材(9)はケーシング(2)の外側に位置していて、ロータ軸(4)の端面に直接に隣接した状態で、該端面の前に保持されている請求項1から8のいずれか1項に記載の磁石構成ユニット。
- 位置検出装置において、請求項1から9のいずれか1項に記載の磁石構成ユニットを備えていることを特徴とする位置検出装置。
- 電動モータにおいて、請求項1から9のいずれか1項に記載の磁石構成ユニットを備えており、該磁石構成ユニットは、電動モータの軸に取り付けられていることを特徴とする電動モータ。
- 請求項1から9のいずれか1項に記載の磁石構成ユニットを製造するための方法において、磁石構成ユニット(5)の磁石ホルダー(8)はプラスチック射出成形法によって成形されており、個別の構成部分として形成された磁石部材(9)は、前記磁石ホルダー(8)内に射出成形されることを特徴とする、磁石構成ユニットを製造するための方法。
