Claims (15)
- 磁界検出手段に対して相対移動する対象物に固定される磁界発生ユニットであって、
磁界発生部と、前記対象物に固定される第1の支持部と、前記第1の支持部に支持されるとともに前記磁界発生部を支持する、前記第1の支持部とは別部材の第2の支持部と、を有し、前記第1の支持部は第1の方向に細長い形状を有し、前記第2の支持部は、前記第1の方向と直交する第2の方向に細長い形状を有し、前記第2の支持部は前記第1の支持部と前記磁界発生部とに接合された樹脂で形成されている、磁界発生ユニット。 - 前記第2の支持部は非磁性材料から形成され、前記磁界発生部は前記第1の支持部から離間している、請求項1に記載の磁界発生ユニット。
- 前記第1の支持部は非磁性材料から形成されている、請求項2に記載の磁界発生ユニット。
- 前記樹脂は前記磁界発生部の一部を覆っている、請求項1から3のいずれか1項に記載の磁界発生ユニット。
- 前記樹脂は前記磁界発生部の全面を覆っている、請求項1から3のいずれか1項に記載の磁界発生ユニット。
- 前記第2の支持部はインサート成形された樹脂で形成されている、請求項1から5のいずれか1項に記載の磁界発生ユニット。
- 非磁性材料から形成され、前記第2の支持部を前記第1の支持部に接合する接合手段を有する、請求項2または3に記載の磁界発生ユニット。
- 前記磁界発生部は、前記磁界検出手段と対向する第1の面を有する第1の磁石と、前記磁界検出手段と対向する第2の面を有する第2の磁石と、前記第1及び第2の面の裏面で前記第1及び第2の磁石に固定され、細長い軟磁性体からなるヨークと、を有し、前記第1及び第2の磁石は前記ヨークの長手方向の中心から等距離の位置に設けられている、請求項1から7のいずれか1項に記載の磁界発生ユニット。
- 前記第2の面は前記第1の面と極性が異なる、請求項8に記載の磁界発生ユニット。
- 前記磁界発生部は、第1の面を有する第1の磁石と、前記第1の面と対向し前記第1の面と極性が同じである第2の面を有する第2の磁石と、前記第1及び第2の面にそれぞれ隣接する面で前記第1及び第2の磁石に固定され、細長い軟磁性体からなるヨークと、を有し、前記第1及び第2の磁石は前記ヨークの長手方向の中心から等距離の位置に設けられている、請求項1から7のいずれか1項に記載の磁界発生ユニット。
- 前記第2の支持部は前記第2の方向の中間位置で前記第1の支持部に支持されている、請求項1から10のいずれか1項に記載の磁界発生ユニット。
- 前記第2の支持部は前記第2の方向の端部で前記第1の支持部に支持されている、請求項1から10のいずれか1項に記載の磁界発生ユニット。
- 前記第1の支持部は前記対象物の移動方向に対して直交する方向に延び、前記第2の支持部は前記第1の支持部の端部に支持されている、請求項1から10のいずれか1項に記載の磁界発生ユニット。
- 直線運動する対象物に固定される、請求項1から13のいずれか1項に記載の磁界発生ユニットと、前記磁界発生ユニットで発生した磁界を検出する磁界検出手段と、を有する、位置検出装置。
- 磁界検出手段に対して相対移動する対象物に固定される磁界発生ユニットの製造方法であって、
磁界を発生する磁界発生部と、前記対象物に固定される第1の支持部と、を互いに離間して型に設置することと、
前記型に樹脂を充填し、前記樹脂によって、前記第1の支持部に支持されるとともに前記磁界発生部を支持する第2の支持部を形成することと、を有し、
前記第1の支持部は第1の方向に細長い形状を有し、前記第2の支持部は、前記第1の方向と直交する第2の方向に細長い形状を有し、前記樹脂は前記第1の支持部と前記磁界発生部とに接合される、磁界発生ユニットの製造方法。
